      I made an order that was ***** declined my card to begin with so I reorder it with the same card ended up charging me ***** I called to cancel my order within 5 minutes and they refused to cancel my order. They said I had to wait until my order got here and then return it. NEVER, and I mean NEVER use them again. I told them I would put the worst review I could on them.

      Order#******** was ordered using ****** with a total of $79.35. That is $66.97 in merchandise, $0.00 in freight as customer used a free shipping promotional code, $5.88 in tax and $6.50 processing fee. Please note we cannot see any declined order they do not flow into our system. Once an order is placed, our computer system processes the order within 2 minutes for shipping and no changes can be made.

      I ordered the fiber optic Easter bunny. It wasn't what I expected it to be. Although it's cute, fiber optic colors were dull. I will say, follow your own heart on this one.

      I would give them a 0 They need to be investigated I cancelled my card received a new one with a different number show they got the new number. Then it started all over again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I can't say it enough. Investigate, investigate, investigate!!!

      I ordered an item the other day on sale price. I was charged full price. When I called to let them know of the error the agent said it could not be changed because the order was already processed. The both agents I spoke with were very nice and tried to help but they could not offer me the discount that I was entitled to. It isn't fair. If it is listed at sale price that's what you should get. The agent apologized and even asked management to give me the discount but the answer was still that it couldn't be changed. Poor way to run a business.

      We ordered a seasonal item a month prior to when we needed to have it be delivered. It said delivery was going to be 7-10 business days, after over two weeks we hadn't received confirmation of delivery so we called the company to find out the status. We were told there was an address issue, we confirmed the address and asked if we could get expedited shipping since this has been delayed by more than two weeks, with no calls from this company to inform us of the address issue, and we were told that they couldn't change the order because it was all set. We then asked if we could speak with a manager, someone who might have the ability to change the order, we spoke with ***. First *** was extremely rude, kept cutting us off and not willing to help us with anything. She told us it was a stocking issue too. We understand things happen with orders, but we are very upset over the actions or lack there of by ***, her being so rude, kept cutting us off and her inability to help. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. They are horrible to work with should you have an issue and if they have a stocking issue, they won't inform you of it. You won't know until your shipping time has passed and you call them to find out the status.

      Well, I just checked my credit card and noticed I had a balance of ***** for premier shopper! I never signed up for this, don't know how this happened, but I just called and complained about it! Well they took that amount of my bill! That's way too sneaky for me, if I didn't notice, they would have changed me every month!!!

      I order a sheet set and it was poor quality. The sheets are so thin that I can see my hand through them. I texted them and did not hear from them.

      I have ordered from this company in 2024. The order was fairly priced, and shipping was timely. I am shocked at the reviews I am reading. I am highly satisfied with the products I ordered and they were true to the pictures in the book. I wonder what has changed since I ordered last year. I won't be placing any more orders after reading all these reports. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

      They have a wide variety of cute and unique products. HOWEVER, I have placed 3 orders so far. Only 1 shipped. They charged my credit card for the other (2) orders but refuse to ship them unless I fax them or send them a letter with my bank statement via the US postal service verifying my billing address. My billing address is on my credit card and the charges would not have gone through if I put an inaccurate billing address! NEVER experienced this before with any other company. I am out over $200.00. I want my money put back on my cards and I want the unshipped orders cancelled asap. The customer service team is NOT rectifying this situation. I am being charged interest for orders the company refuses to ship. I do not have time to be faxing or going to the post office in order to verify my billing address. Do NOT do business with this company.
