Return a product for refund. Amount is ***** please tax equals ******. Then add return fee of *****. They received it on 4/14/25 I was told that I would get a full refund with the return fee but haven't seen it on my card. Please find out when all of this will be back on my card. Order Date: April 10, 2025 They charged me twice. $106.14 which is what their site said the total was at the time of the order, and $106.15 three minutes later. I have called almost every day since the 10th and they have given me different stories. They said one of the charges would automatically be dropped as soon as the order was shipped, and the next day they said that the second charge would automatically fall of and the fund would be in my account on the 16th. Yesterday I was told to give it a couple more days, to which I said no because 4 different people told me it would be returned on the 16th, and they should have never charged me twice to begin with. Their answer when I say I was double charged, "no you weren't, it's a pending transaction." The order supposedly shipped on the 14th. When I first tried to track it, it said they were awaiting the package, the label was created. For the last three days it said there was no tracking info, and today it says that the package was lost. I don't believe they ever sent it out for delivery, and I want the package delivered. I want the money back for the pending charge but I DO NOT WANT A REFUND FOR THE ORDER ITSELF. I WANT THE ***** I ORDERED, EVEN IF IT MEANS THE HAVE TO SEND A NEW ORDER WITHOUT CHARGING ME FOR IT. i HONESTLY BELIEVE THEY DID NOT SHIP IT.Business Response

On 3/16/25 I placed an order from email which stated Free Shipping on Everything. Before submitting order I noticed shipping charge and called Collections, *** before submitting and Collections lady said to submit and call back in an hour or so and they would give credit for shipping. When I called Collections, Etc back I was told they could not give credit because another credit was applied. Then talked with Manager and she said same. She said the other credit could not be removed , then apply shipping credit.I feel this is false advertising when email only states Free Shipping on Everything.Business Response

This company fraudulently was taking money from my credit card over an extended amount of time. I bought a cheap pair of boots and a pair of ear muffs from them years ago. They claim while i made my purchase I agreed in the fine print to be charged by them every month for a membership. I am very thorough when making purchases and do not recall ever agreeing to a membership. My credit card tried to dispute on my behalf and they are being non-responsive therefore I did not win the dispute with my credit card company. I do believe this merchant should be obligated to refund that money. I was never sent any catalogs or any emails in regards to this membership they claim I agreed to so I think they were trying to be sneaky about taking money from me over this length of time. I stopped using my credit cards a long time ago and unfortunately, did not realize they have been taking money from me this whole time. I was under the impression I was not using these cards and I had 0 knowledge of this membership. They only agreed to refund 4 statements at this time. Wrong on so many levels.Business Response

I use them for medical equipment that I really need, so even though last month I had an issue with them double charging me, and having to interact with the company to get my money refunded, I still did another transaction. I need these items for my health. I ordered on Sat, Feb 8th and was charged twice, first around $70 and again around $76. I was charged twice again, and when I called, the manager ******** & assistance manager *** were mean to me and wouldn**;t help me. 1. From the time I received ??? to when they received my order, they raised the sale price by $4.00.2. I returned merchandise that cost $29.99. Never received my refund. When I called about return they said will send me a return postage label, will cost $7.00 and never received the said label.3. Made an order on Jan 2 2025 for $89.93 and they delivered to my old address. I put in a change of address over a year ago and it's on the magazine. I called it in too. This company's "free shipping" claim is a bait-and-switch scam!! I wish I'd checked the BBB site and other seller reviews for Collections, Etc before placing an order, and am making this BBB complaint to forewarn others. I ordered an item for $16.99 and trusted the banners on the site that claimed FREE SHIPPING and approved the $16.99 charge to my ****** account. The confirmation email I received a couple of hours later from the seller showed brand new charges that weren't previously disclosed - a total of $14.49 extra!! They charged for shipping and also for "processing". Immediately upon receiving that email, I replied to it with a clear request to CANCEL the order, not fulfill it, not ship the item. They never responded to that request, but proceeded several days later with shipping the order and charging the extra unapproved fees. The website is deliberately deceiving and misleading. Avoid this seller unless you really want/need the items they offer and are OK with paying $15 extra.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:1) As of today, 1/16/2025, there is no credit transaction showing on my credit card, not even in "pending" status (as is usually the case the first day or two after a vendor posts a transaction). The seller indicated the refund was posted on 1/9 and to allow 3 to 5 business days; today is the 5th business day following 1/9. Based on their lack of integrity regarding transparency of costs, and this apparent untruthful promise of a partial refund, I have no confidence that they have or will issue the refund that was mentioned in their response to this complaint.
2) It's not just the shipping cost that was unexpected for the purchase in question - there was also the $6.50 "processing fee" which wasn't disclosed. For a satisfactory resolution, I expect a refund of both the shipping and the processing fees.
