I had an excellent experience with C&N. My initial contact person was professional, knowledgeable, and always available throughout the process. The company worked with my insurance company to get everything covered, and both my house and garage roofs were replaced, along with gutters and downspouts. The crews who did the work did an excellent job and also cleaned up everything. I am very pleased with C&N.C&N Construction, Inc. Response

On 4/2024 we contracted C&N Construction Company to do our roof, gutters and capping the roof was done and paid but still waiting for the gutters and capping to be done, after waiting for awhile we called about the gutters and capping they send someone out , that person only did the covering for the gutters and some patching of the capping, we took pictures and send them to the contractor and we told him we were not happy about the work so he came out took a look at the work that was done and he wasn't happy about it either and he said that he would have someone come out and work on it mean while days got hotter and we turned our central air and noticed no cold air was coming out so we called our air conditioning person he came out and told us that when our roof was done the put a nail through the air conditioning line he took pics also had it fix put new lines and cooling fluid because it all had leaked out. Meanwhile we called the roofer and told him what happened send him pics and bill so it would be taken care off as he stated we still have not heard from them , no gutters, no capping no reimbursement from them no nothing its been 3 months and all we here well take care of it for you guys.C&N Construction, Inc. I was contacted by ******************************* in September 2023 about the possibility my roof had hail damage. She performed an inspection which indicated there was hail damage, and I needed a new roof. The roof is nearly 20 years old but she assured me the insurance company would pay if the hail damage is verified and within the policy period. My mother passed away and I spent some time in ****** but we stayed connected. All of our communication was via text so I have everything documented. Lots of back and forth and ***** needing to be nudged to respond to me. She texted me on May 6th that she did a reinspection because the insurance company denied my claim. She said she had documented hail damage to the window wraps, downspouts, gutters, fascia and garage in addition to my roof. That was on May 6th. I texted her on May 26th asking for a status and she responded, hello I'm in an area with terrible reception. I brought my daughter out for a couple days but I will be calling them on Tuesday to follow up but as per last conversation with them they should have it all. That's the last time I ever heard from her. I need a new roof. Why did she ghost me? Does your company only replace roofs that insurance companies agree to pay for? That was a terrible experience and wasted a bunch of my time.Review from Chris M

****** and the entire C&N Team were professional, courteous, and persistent. My insurance company made things difficult. But, the team at C&N stayed professional and focused on the end result. I'm giving this company 5 stars because of one of their employees that really came through on his word. After a shaky start with one of their adjusters, I ended up getting a different one who came through on his word. And after insurance claims went through, they completed the job thoroughly and quickly with no mess left behind. Roof looks great and I recommend dealing with **** if possible.Review from sarah k
