            In June 2024,  BBB investigated Think Tech Sales Ltd.'s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a review of the complaints for a possible pattern of issues reoccurring. 

            Back in 2021 and 2022, there was an uptick in complaints. Since that time they have ceased. However the details concerning the complaints have alleged ordering from the business, but either not receiving the items or receiving faulty items that the business has provided a way to contact customer service to ask for updates and returns. 

            There wasn't much information regarding the "business" found. There is no SOS report located in IL.  No address found. 

            On 05/29/2024, 06/04/2024 and 06/11/2024, BBB requested additional information. As of 6/24/2024, BBB has not received any response from the business.

            Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Think Tech Sales Ltd.

            I purchased a ride on lawn mower, it was delivered to my house in a broken crate along with being placed half on a small pallet. The wood of the crate was broken in multiple places, one on top of the motor cover...which cracked it along with the control box, on the right side of the orerator, to be damaged from the broken wood on the crate. I called the tractor ************** headquarters and spoke to their rep. I took pictures of the crate along with pictures of the damage caused by the broken wood. I wrote to the rep three times along with sending numerous pictures showing the broken crate along with the damage it caused to the mower. I wrote back to her a few times, she never responded. I have a case number from the rep for Cub Cadet for the case. I called Tractor Supply Coompany headquarters, spoke with their rep and was told to call back Cub Cadet.I called Trac

            If I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. We ordered 3 WIFI extenders from them and they DID arrive. BUT, they didn't work. We requested an RMA to return for refund within the 30 days. No reply. We looked them up and CALLED. The person at the end of the phone says...Not **. The return mailing label says Think Tech Sales LTD, ******************************************************************** and yet not even their invoice or order confirmation has ANY address or contact info whatsoever. Advice: only buy from KNOWN sources. ************** Amazon, Best Buy. And even Amazon...check the seller's location that it is not in *****. Buyer beware!!
