      I put down a 4k deposit for a trailer, no paperwork signed, I was going to go down and see/purchase the vehicle then I changed my mind. I called and asked for my money back, ***** ****** the (alleged) GM of the *********, ** location of Camping World told me that, that was not what we agreed on and he was not going to be giving my money back. I told him I didn't sign anything legally binding for ** to be able to keep my money and he said it was a "gentleman's promise" and I would not be seeing my money. So I called and tried to get someone above him and I was told no one was above him and that I would have to contact corporate if I wanted to get anywhere. I filed a stop payment and fraud on my bank since I made the deposit with my debit card. Later on I was told that he voided my 4k deposit and was going to reverse the charges. I have yet to see this hit my bank account and I told him I was filing a report with the BBB.

      Put down $250 deposit called your salesman back to let him know that me and my wife could not afford it had to cancel the order so he went back and charged me another $250 which was a total of $500 to my debit card so I'd like to be refunded my $500 to my debit card thanks

      Date of the transaction: April 14, 2025 Amount paid: $1,000 DEPOSIT The deposit was made in contemplation of buying a Trailer.We decided fairly quickly that we cannot afford the Trailer so we asked for our deposit back and ***** (Sales) and ***** (Finance) refused. They claim they earned our $1,000 for filing the application to see if we qualify to finance the Trailer. We were at the store after 5p and were notified we were approved at 1p the following day. Shortly thereafter on 4/15 in the early afternoon, we let the Finance *** ***** know that we were no longer interested and that we wanted our $1,000 refunded immediately.The store refuse to return our money. Both the salesman ***** and the finance *** ***** have said that they will not refund our $1,000.I was under the impression that we were working with Camping World but the address of the store is linked to a different name- FreedomRoads LLC. which I find very deceiving.

      I am rejecting this response because:  This should not be closed as User Error, due to the fact the **************** from ****

      was just very disturbing and the fact that **** or **** would not, not could not get the tech to explain the directions again while

      I was there, they had to have me wait 5 days and send a tech out (to explain).  This needs to remain on their BBB report, also still have not

      received my refund from my returns.  No further communication is needed on this complaint from the business.

      I bought an Rv from camping world end of last year they have promised to provide sink covers for the sink which Ive yet to receive after continuse visits and calls nothing has been done that say they will call back but never do , also it was a brand new rv with only one set of keys provided asked for those as well I had to go have extra engine keys made at the **** dealership which should not have came out of my pockets they should have provided them after several attempts I still have not extea door keys it has been 2 weeks and nobody will return a call, once they sell it to you they colluded careless about you the absolute worst customer service everything is allwaus out on the next person never a resolutionr

      I bought the rv back in october 2024 from them under financing. I put $1500 as a down payment. I was told this was a down payment and the money should have come off the Sale price and not the finance price. Well to this day, i have only been credited $150 of the $1500. Someone forgot a 0. And they took my $150 and applied it to the finance price. I would like the $1500 to come off the sale price and re-write the loan so it is accurate. Thanks.

      In September of 2024 I canceled an extended warranty we had purchased for our travel trailer. The woman from camping world had emailed me the cancellation form along with information on how much would be returned. I signed it and emailed it back to her. I have tried several times through email to find out why it has not been returned and I keep getting the runaround.

      Deceptive and horrible. Charged us $1,000 we signed ZERO paperwork for. Signed originally for an ** but it was overweight for the truck we have so it was cancelled and we found another ** we were going to buy with them. After being put on the back burner every time we went in there to get the new ** we decided to take our business elsewhere. Noticed a $1,000 charge on our card and got in contact with the **. Told us the money was already spent getting the ** we were going to get ready. How can it be spent if we never did a walk around the ** or sign any paperwork for it or let alone authorize the payment. The paperwork wasnt even ready at the time we had reserved so how could the ** be getting ready. We were planning on using them for everything else in terms of parts and service due to everyone being kind to us up until this point but This place has shown its true colors in the form of the general manager and is deceptive. Im in contact with not only my lawyer but also the ********* in corporate should be hearing from him soon.

      I PURCHASED A 2022 HIGH COUNTRY 376 FL FIFTH WHEEL WITH LL THE WARRANTIES INCLUDING TIRES. HERE WE ARE 1.5 YEARS LATER USING IT 3 TIMES, MY TIRES START TO COME APART AND 1 OF THEM HAS A GOLF SIZE BALL IN IT. I TRIED GOING THROUGH WARRANTY ONLY TO BE TOLD IT'S NOT A HAZARD AND NOT COVERED. I WENT DOWN TO CANCEL ALL MY WARRANTIES SINCE THEY DON'T WANT TO HONOR BUMPER TO BUMPER LIKE THEY SAID. I COULDN'T CANCEL THE ONE FOR MAIN COMPONENTS ON RV BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK FOR THE OTHER CANCELLATIONS. I HAVE LEFT BRAIN IN FINANCE SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH NO CALL BACK OR MONEY RETURNED.

I am still waiting on a call since the wrong ply of tires were on my RV were 12 ply and should've been 14 ply because of the weight of ****** pounds.
