      July 31, 2021, we purchased a 2018 ******* 3811MS for $74,886. Camping World ****** promised a fully operational **. I turned the ** units on for the first time after buying the ** and the rear ** starts sending smoke through the vents after a few minutes. Upon inspection, I noticed dirty foot prints all around the ** and screws that were stripped. I called the service manager and never was able to get a hold of him. My wife went to Camping World ******, and they told her she needed to purchase the extended warranty in order to get the ac replaced.

      Rv was dropped off on 11/2020 for repairs and warranty work. 8/2021 rv still not complete and more damage since last visit. Rv was rejected due to subpar workmanship prior, manager apologized, I just want my rv fixed and back. Why so long? Why no calls? Why did you use old parts and have been paid for new parts after promising to fix what you destroyed?

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I walked the rv in June with the new girl in the service department and ****. The rv was rejected from poor workmanship the door was damaged by camping world at their facility. The trim was also in badd shape and broken. These items were all pointed out and I was apologized to. I have never heard from them once the rejection, last Thursday I went to camping world to get a few things out of the trailer. The rv wasnt offered as done, and apparently wasnt when I looked at the repair work again on my own, since I was going on to get my items. The 5k door that now has used parts from them being damaged at camping world. There is also a big scratch where the stairs hang down. This was done there as well and needs to be fixed. Looks like the legs were not adjusted and the stairs were setting on the body scratching it as the workers used it. Its very  obvious walk up to the door. This was all detailed in several emails that I would be happy to forward you, Im sure they have them as well. They also treated my family very poorly as no one seams to listen. I asked to have the rv pulled out front and plugged in since the batteries are always dead from not being plugged in and tended at camping world. They could not manage that until I had to ask several more times. When they finally plugged it in I had to leave it for several hours to get power to open. When I returned I got the slides open and then the power was taken from us. Now normally who would care but it was 100 plus outside so it was awful in  the rv. To say the least this has been the worst I have never been treated as a consumer and will never be back. Camping world should be ashamed of themselves and have to make right the above mentioned items as this is normally how business is conducted. This is a very poor way to treat people.

      My original complaint is ********. I received a *********** made an appointment to get my issues resolved. Well now they are telling me I have to pay because my warranty is up. I submitted all the items before the warranty was up. I should not have to pay anything!! I have tried to call *************** to speak with the case worker. I have left 4 messages in the last 2 weeks with no response at all. I then asked to speak with a manager & was told I would be put in the queue. That was 2 days ago & still have not heard anything. What do you do when you call the man who says call my office if you are not happy & they don't return calls? I brought my RV the day of the appointment & was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to check what has already has been identified (it is documented). Here are some of the items still not fixed no heat in bathroom or bedroom, issues with the slides, cabinet replaced from water damage, we paid for yearly roof maintenance which looks terrible!

      I ordered some life jackets from *********, I have never received them. It is possible that the package was delivered while we were away and it was stolen. I contacted ********* 11 days ago, and was told via email that they would check with ***** if the package was delivered. I have called and sat on hold for 45 minutes, I have emailed three times and I have heard nothing to this point. I was waiting to hear from them if ***** had delivered them, before going to the police, as that would be the first question they ask. There has always been a three or four day delay in a reply from email, but 12 days is to much. I just want my money back at this point, as I did not receive my items.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business, ********* put a credit towards my account, making it look like I was getting my money back.  Then it dropped off, and I never received my credit from the company.  Honestly , I can not believe that they would go so far as to try and make it look as though they were putting money back in my account and then stop it.

      purchased 2.14.2020. Did not use for several months. Fresh Water tank leaks, undetermined leak in bathroom both of which have warped the floors. Upper bunk doesn't function correctly, heavy water issue driver side, awning end caps missing, wallpaper peeling due to water issues and check engine light already coming on at less than **** miles. We turned the ** over to them to fix the issues, took MONTHS for them to come to a resolution in which they said they fixed everything but after we took it out again, all the issues remained and now the ** is out of warranty. Cannot get them to return our calls to rectify

      Took our camper in for service on may 20 to H3134**33323532303231H RV. the complaint was the fridge did not work at all and the electricity was going on and off. they returned it on july 30, two months later. the next day we hooked it up and still nothing had been taken care off. the fridge, the awning. We called and asked to send someone out but they wouldn&#**;t. We had to bring it back to them and were told they would try to get to it that same week. We called Thursday that week and were told that it needed a battery, not covered under warranty. We picked it up on the 7th of this week and hooked it up. Still no fridge. I called this morning and explained what has happened and that they need to send someone to me. My husband and I both have health issues and cannot keep bringing the camper to them. They called me back and said they would send someone out in two weeks. The fridge has an extended warranty on it.

      1. Paperwork was delayed over two months meaning I incurred that amount of insurance and storage fees before being able to use the motor home. 2. HM was not clean when we arrived and we had to stay overnight another day to let them clean it again.3. We incurred a problem with the video system in the test drive but received assurance it was corrected before we took ownership. It was not. This involves a safety issue since the right turn signal connects to the camera system and shows the right lane on the dash radio. It only worked intermittently. This was an EXTREME safety issue which we are still trying to get repaired. 4. The generator was low on oil...obviously not checked before delivering the ** to us. 5. The ** card was not present in the radio/navigation system even though I was told the radio had Apple Car/Play. It can't have it without the ** card being present!!!

      CWRV Sales confirmed that the customer physically took delivery on March 22, 2021. The documents forwarded by our Title Clerk show that the registration was made by our 3rd party vendor, 50 States, on April 30, 2021. The plates arrived around May 12, 2021. After April 26, 2021, the date the 50 States had everything they needed to register the unit, we no longer had control. We spoke with **************** in mid to late April of 2021 about him feeling he is unable to use the *** We advised him the Purchase Agreement should suffice to be able to use the *** but to contact his local law enforcement to confirm. It is not uncommon for the process of titling/plating a vehicle to take ***** days.

      The customer has a service appointment on August 12, 2021 for the side cameras to be repaired through a ****** mobile mechanic. The cameras do work at times, but not all the time. We offered to get him an appointment at a local Camping World, which he declined.

      At this time all parties have been in communication with customer and no further compensation is owed. To that end, we consider this matter closed.

      Purchased a travel trailer from Camping World ********* **** (now out of business) Contacted the Richmond store (next closest location) Found out after ************************************************************ the camper when sold. Camping World Richmond was no help at all and apparently when you have them set on a permanent lot you void your warranty because they do not have techs that travel to you. Now the camper needs another major repair because of an incorrect seam job. This unit should have never been sold from Camping World.

The replacement of the customer's toilet was completed by a mobile technician, and the customer mentioned they may have the seals repaired by this mobile technician as well. Due to the unit being purchased almost 3-years ago in as-is condition and that we do not have any records of maintenance or repairs since the unit was placed on the permanent site, we are unable to offer a refund. Camping World would not be responsible for any defects. To that end, we consider this matter closed.

      Camping World has all kinds of negative remarks when you research them, they know they sell units that are complete lemons.  Apparently you void your extended warranties when you are unable to haul them to and from.  Will definitely look elsewhere for the next purchase.

      I am rejecting this response because:  Did not purchase the unit in As-is condition and had a warranty with the unit, just when the unit was put on the permanent camp spot it was kind of a paid to keep taking it in to Camping World especially when the location closest to me shut their doors.  It was too much of a pain to report these problems to camping world take it off the lot and drive out of my way
