FRAUD! Alpilean claims say you should wait ***** days for results and ************* back guarantee. What they fail to tell their customers is that it is only a 60 day money back guarantee FROM THE ***** DATE, when you haven't even received the product yet. They also require all empty bottles. I threw the first bottle away trusting this worthless product to work. I waited the 60 days to give it a chance for BOTH my husband and I. Not a pound was lost by either one of us, even eating a healthy and low cal diet. Besides that they shared my email with every other fraudulent weight loss company that continuously email me despite the numerous unsubscribes I have filed, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU GO GET THEM!Alpilean

Bought six bottles of Alpilean. Am not at all satisfied. The add said in bold print 'you will get a full refund!' The Alpilean package arrived with no instructions inside for refund or return. Spent hours trying to find info on how and where to get my 100% money back guarantee. Ran down every email link associated with Alpilean and every one was a dead end. Frustration supreme. Therefore, I turned to the Better Business Bureau as my last resort. I will return the product to the address for this company listed here and hope they will honor my order refund as was promised.Alpilean

They advertise that you have 60 days to try and you can return if not satisfied but the return window starts the day you place your order, yes before you even receive the product and you have to receive the product back before the end of the 60 day period as well! So if you subtract shipping you really have about 45 days to try the product not 60 days!Alpilean

Sad really. Just finished the video. Reading reviews,everything they say about the big weight loss industry they are doing themselves. 1 starSCAM! BEWARE! I bought into this scam. I ordered 6 mo. of product and was SUPPOSED to receive 2 books as guides. No books arrived and web access via smart phone only. i don't HAVE a smart phone. Not everybody DOES! I have taken product for 4 days, it upsets my stomach and gives me 'jitters'. I want to return these bottles AND STOP FUTURE MAILINGS AND ********. Ad says free 60 day return - no questions! BIG LIE! I spent HOURS going thru one site after another & following their instructions to TRY TO cancel - nothing worked. Finally got to a site that would get it cancelled and they wanted $37.00 to arrange cancellation. ANOTHER SCAM! I am disgusted, angry for my $$ lost, and appalled that they are still in business. I'm kind of wondering if this company will be defending itself at all, or are they really just seeing if people will buy their product? ... and if they complain, just refund their money.I bought the product before I read these comments. I am quite concerned now. But I will give it the try it deserves, with hope that it helps.First impressions, after spending $169 for 3 bottles, I would think the packaging would be a little more, well "more", and the wrinkled paperwork inside would be more professional. And the link for the "books" advertised does not work. This is why I am researching, and seeing these bad reviews.I find it also disturbing that there is another LLC that was located at this same address earlier in the year that also had bad reviews that sound the same as the ones already on this page, for some "back pain" product.I am really concerned! My rating is low, only because of packaging and documentation... I will return after a few weeks if I have any issues.Alpilean
