1 starThis business makes false advertising and promises to receive payment for services without paying client's interaction or input to any adjuster / uncertified inspector of covered automobile mechanical functions.Review fromMichael N

1 starThey're a bunch of fakers as my grandma would say. I have to get a notarized document to cancel services? Is this a joke? They're only doing this to make it harder for people to cancel so it'll take longer or people will just forget about it. I've NEVER had to notarize something to cancel it. NEVER!!!! It's ridiculous. I have to leave work early, lose hourly pay, just to take care of this silliness. There is no reason this needs to be done. No other business I've canceled in the past made me do this. I have to lose money in order to cancel this... "service". On top of that I'm now reading how much people are having trouble canceling their service even after they jump through the unnecessary hoops Endurance have set up. They can make up all the lies they want about how they need the mileage or some such nonsense. If I can cancel regular car insurance without a notary public, or a credit card, or a utility, or any other service without needing a notary public there is no reason I would need one to cancel endurance. Then this person wouldn't let me off the phone when I was trying to cancel. He kept acting like he was my very best friend trying to save me from danger. He wouldn't listen and I felt such pressure. This is a joke. They probably make it so hard to cancel because they know that most people end up canceling. No wonder they have a one star rating and I'm betting they don't care. Let me go! Just cancel my membership! Stop wasting my time so you can squeeze out a few more bucks. So I have to go to the library and print out multiple copies of my cancelation form because I'm going to fax, email, and snail mail this form so there (hopefully) be no shadiness about me wanting to cancel. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm sure if they were ever to read this they would just laugh. They obviously do not care about anything other than money.Review fromKathleen B

1 starI have sent 3 requests in writing to be off their mailing list. I am NOT their customer, never have been. They are advising me my extended warranty is going up in price. They are after the "senior citizen" demographic and trying to get money out of us, their scare tactics DO NOT WORK with me. I may be a senior citizen, but I do not fall for their tactics. I am filing this complaint, in hope the BBB can get them to remove my name and address from their mailing and phone call list.Review fromKay W

1 starLet me start by saying my car has been held up in the repair shop by this company for weeks for a multitude of reasons ( they can't reach the shop to make appointments, someone said the transmission isn't torn down yet, someone will be out in ***** hours ((it took 2 weeks)) they need another invoice, they can't reach the warranty person). Most of these aren't true or even necessary. After, I wrote multiple letters to the company and made many calls quoting specific parts of my contract, they have finally approved my claim. But, the company is still haggling over the teardown quote from the service department, even though it clearly states it is covered per the contract once the claim is approved. I have never dealt with such a difficult company and would never recommend it to anyone. I still do not have my car even though the repair shop completed the work on Monday today is Thursday!! Once the claim was approved, they ALLOWED me to have a rental car for 5 days, not 1 day more even though they've taken weeks to give permission to have my car repaired!!This company does not care about it's customers! My impression is that most people give up before the amount of time I have invested into dealing with them. Fortunately, my husband had another car I could use while I waited it out. Most people would not be able to wait for their car for over 6 weeks.Review fromTom D

1 starThis organization called my 86-year-old Mother-in-Law and insisted that she give them a check number to renew a warranty she never had in the first place. They intimidated her by putting multiple people on the phone wither purporting to be "supervisors". This is predatory, unprofessional and wrong.Review fromArnold A

1 starTERRIBLE!!!!! Don't fall for this. If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't!! I purchased a contract with Endurance Dealer Services in January 2024 and in April the motor went bad on my 2008 **** F-150 Truck. Endurance denied the claim to replace the motor due to a "lift" kit installed on the truck prior to my purchase. The **************** Rep. (***) never mentioned that there was an exception for lifted trucks. The *** said I would get 3 free oil changes a year. The contract says they pay $50.00 towards 3 oil changes which isn't free. I was also told by the *** there were only 2 ways to make payments for the policy. E-check through my bank or credit card. When I looked at my contract, there was a third way. They could have mailed me a statement each month for me to write my own check. The ONLY way to see and go over my contract was by setting up an account on their website. I was NEVER asked if I had access to a computer. I DON'T. I had a friend do this for me and that's when I saw all of the omissions in what I was told by the ***. I was told there was a 30 day waiting period, but NOT that ***** miles was also included in that waiting period. The exclusion page was 3 PAGES LONG. They barely cover anything. The *** I spoke with when I called to cancel my policy was rude and had an extreme attitude. Buyer beware!!!!Review fromScott M

1 starTERRIBLE!!! I fell for it talked with A---- Park- about getting a extended warranty. I asked all the questions and still didn't feel like it was a good policy. *************- assured me to just pay the startup fee and your monthly payments and all everything will be covered. WRONG what a LIAR this whole company is!!! Paid the monthly fees starting in January and my truck broke down in April and found out that the part is not covered and he is the great thing they found a small leak with the value cover which policy covers but when my mechanic talked with Endurance they said they don't cover small leaks, ENDURANCE said "MINOR loss of fluid or seepage is considered normal and is not covered a mechanical Breakdown". WHAT a joke!!! I learned a hard ******* STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I AM CANCELING ASAP.Review fromCedric W

2 starsHad my car at an authorized dealer to have 2 motor mounts repaired on my Vehicle. When the shop contacted Endurance, was informed that the claim was denied due to benefits being at **** Was never made aware that there was a *** on claim benefits. When I called back to speak with someone regarding denial of the claim, was put on hold for several minutes then hung up on. This is just one the excuses that was made to deny claims. $3344.00 in total cost of warranty benefits for no peace of mind.Review fromRichard J

1 starBeware of any unsolicited communications you receive from this company. They somehow got me to believe (my bad) that I had an auto warranty through them, and that it would cost me $125 to get the coverage. I STUPIDLY paid, via phone, stupidly giving them my cc info. Then without my realizing it was a $125 MONTHLY charge, they charged me another $125. When I called to cancel, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I also got a letter from them telling me that the contract I had "could no longer be honored" and that they were forced to raise their rates and to call right away. This is when I realized this was all a scam. The charge I saw in my bank statement was from a company called ***** which apparently does their billing. Not sure if they're in on the scam or an innocent third party. But I had no idea who ***** was, adding to the confusion and angst.I also contacted the dealership I'd leased my car from. They told me they'd heard about this from several other customers and that it was, indeed, a scam and to notify my bank immediately to stop any further charges from them. I'm hoping to get those charges that were paid to them reversed.Trust your gut. They are awful. Do not engage with them!
