      Allstate withdrew double the agreed upon rate of my insurance premiums on 3 different occasions. I was going back and forth with my agent trying to figure out why they were doing this and they were dumbfounded too. They kept adding the most possible P.I.P coverage available when I did not need pip coverage. I am insured and so is my fiance. I provided proof and submitted their required forms. I spoke to someone at Allstate directly and they pretty much said too bad and said its because my name wasnt on the form even though my Agent told me he corrected that error awhile back but they just kept rejecting it. My agent also informed me they had NEVER had any issue before or with anyone else making that simple correction, they said they didnt understand why Allstate was doing this.This has put me in financial ruins as Im on a fixed income. I currently have no auto coverage due to not being able to catch up after having so much taken from me. I had to borrow money from my sister to pay the premiums they said I owed. My policy number is ********* . My agent is Kenowa Insurance. Their address is ************************************************************************************** tel. ************.       I am rejecting this response because: I have already spoken to this same representative, *********** in the past and Ive gotten no where with him but an Im sorry and all I can do is go back 1 month Allstate withdrew double the insurance rate from my banking account on several occasions. All along, the ENTIRE time  I was in contact with my Allstate agent trying to figure out why Allstates underwriters kept adding medical coverage onto my policy when I didnt need it. When I started my Policy with Allstate I provided proof of medical insurance as did my fiance when I added him. I have signed forms and was told I was all set. Then out of the blue this happens. Also it is ok for Allstate to publicly discuss this matter, I *************************** am granting permission for Allstate to publicly discuss this matter. Thank you

      I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with a woman that called from Allstate and all they are telling me basically is the same ole The  underwriters blah blah blah I want to know why Allstate wont address this problem publicly? I have given them permission to do so and I keep getting the same song and dance from their reps when they call. I submitted the required pip forms several times since I started my auto policy with them. I have done more than what other insurance companies require. I submitted the pip forms when I started the policy and again several times after. They are preying on people. Ever since Michigan changed the law and allowed the VERY expensive pip coverage to be optional, they are doing people wrong with their forms and adding pip ( maximum coverage) on and expecting their customers to just pay for it when they already have coverage through their own private medical insurance. Also  Allstate is hiding behind their policy and avoiding publicly addressing this issue. This isnt going anywhere as long as they are allowed to do this. I thank you for your time. God bless

      Purchased insurance policy online ~ there was confusion about the product type and I accidentally selected some kind of discount that started the policy a week later which was not what I had wanted. When I realized the issue I contacted Allstate at the **** number and it took several agents and transfers and call drops before anyone understood what I needed and attempted to backdate the policy. Accident occurred before backdate was done, had to wait until it was complete before I could file claim, filed claim and heard NOTHING from anyone. Finally received call from investigator due to policy being issued hours before accident and the backdating etc, all parties involved were interviewed and answered questions asked. One party was told that they saw no reason for the claim to be denied and that all seemed Legit ~ 3 weeks go by, no communication whatsoever with policy holder, finally text message is received by policy holder stating that estimate still hasn't been started, nothing has been done. Messages have been sent daily asking for status etc to adjuster NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND for policy holder. Finally this morning I receive an email from investigator stating that my claim is still under investigation due to it being issued hours before accident and that NOTHING will be done with my vehicle etc until investigation is complete. This is ludicrous ~ they have done nothing in 3 weeks and I'm still without a vehicle even after the investigator has claimed everything looks legit. Allstate policy #********* Claim #**********

      On December 7th I was rearended by a allstate policy holder my truck has frame damage that can not be repaired an I'm not able to drive it I have been calling the allstate adjuster everyday she will not return calls. I finally was able to get someone in the office that work on the same team as the adjuster to tell me that someone would go to the dealership to look at my truck that has been at ************ for 2 weeks an no one has showed up yet. These Adjusters at Allstate have very poor communication skills. Claim #********** ***********************.

      I called ************ for roadside service on November 26, 2021. An Allstate rep secured the tow for me. $152.00 and $8.00 was deducted from my checking account. I normally submit a receipt to Allstate for reimbursement up to $100. I called Allstate to submit claim and was told they needed a reference number. I was not given a reference number, neither did I get a receipt from ****** *** Service. ****** *** said Allstate paid them in full for the tow. This is not how it was done in the past. Allstate said I should get my money back from ****** ***, ****** *** said I don't owe them anything because Allstate has paid them, meanwhile money has been deducted from my checking account from Allstate and they will not reimburse me the $100.00 I am owed for paying for the tow. I paid for the tow with my debit card not Allstate, you will see the amount I paid when you look on my checking statement for $152.00 and $8.00. I feel that it is up to Allstate to deal with ****** *** since the tow company was dispatched through their representative. I am including Bank Statement that shows $152.00 and $8.00 was taken from my checking that Allstate cannot seem to track that it was taken from my checking.

      I am rejecting this response because: Allstate has not contacted me since the last time BBB messaged me. I really feel that they do not care and $100  is more valuable to them than a loyal customer. I do know that the previous owner would have taken care of this before  contacting BBB. I also wonder if the $100 reimbursement is more important to them than their customer? 

       

      I sent my checking statement in showing that Allstate deducted money from my account, however they cannot find any reference of me requesting a tow. This is very odd and makes me feel that the transaction is shady with the customer ********************** rep. ** is disheartening that my local office is not standing up for me like my previous local insurance agent would have. I am requesting my $100 reimbursement from Allstate. I paid for a tow through customer ********************** and I would like to be reimbursed. I have not received a call from anyone from the **** office.

      Allstate Policy # *** 175 889 We've been fighting with Allstate off and on for 6 months because they decided - WITHOUT OUR CONSENT - to add some random stranger to our policy because he allegedly managed to get himself a drivers license with OUR address on it. The name they gave us of this person is : ************************ We finally got them to take him off our policy but they're STILL trying to make ** pay for HIS insurance coverage THEY gave him on OUR policy WITHOUT OUR CONSENT Then in the mail on Monday (20 December 2021) we received a letter that said if we don't pay HIS **** by Sunday they'll cancel OUR policy.We've been with this company for a DECADE and this is how they chose to treat us!I tried getting help, again, today at our local Allstate agency in *******. I talked with a ***************** at the ********************* Agency who said she had no power to help us. Basically our options were to pay HIS **** and HOPE that Allstate will eventually fix this and credit our future insurance payments, don't pay it and keep fighting til they do but we'll have to go without insurance or switch to another company I also tried calling ************** and ************** but kept getting transferred to ***************** who couldn't help. Again we've been with them for TEN YEARS and this is the treatment we got?!I've also contacted the Texas DPS for help so they'll be aware that Allstate is claiming this man managed to get a valid ***** drivers license and that is the reason they gave for doing all this to us.

I have called, emailed and left messages for ***************** and **** Redvka and ***************************. Neither have responded in a professional manner. I received one email from ***************** and it took over a month. Also, I don't agree with the estimate that you wrote so I am "Invoking my Right to an Independent Appraisal''.       I had gotten insurance and signed up for the automatic payment and got a discount I was told by a supervisor that somebody at the office D enrolled me somehow and so they took off my discount and theyre making me pay that back when it wasnt even my fault Ive had them for two or three years and had the automatic payment so why would I take it off now.

      My bank account was compromised by fraud. my bank placed a stop order on my payments without my knowledge with there being money in my account. I would like to have all return check fees waived Or Ill be forced to go for a new company. Im giving Allstate a chance to rectify the situation.

      Contacted Agency and my Insurance Agent by mail and email to cancel my existing Auto and Renter's Policy on 8-11-2021 that I was changing to a different Insurance ******* forward to November 18, 2021 when I received notification that I had been turned in to a Collection Agency, CCS!!!!! Horrified, is an understatement!!! The following day (11-19-21) I filed a complaint online through the Allstate website. On 11-23-2021I was called at MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT by *******************************, along with *****, CRS373 Corporate Customer Advocacy for **********************. I explained that I DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED TO CANCEL THE POLICIES, during the conversation ******************************* admitted that her email was NOT WORKING. ****** requested that a copy of my New Insurance Cards (Liberty Mutual) be emailed to *****@*********************************, which I immediately did. 11-23-21.her response was that she had processed the request for the approval to backdate the termination to the requested date of 8-7-2021 and would follow up with me with a resolution.On December 2, 2021, I received an email from ***** stating We have completed our investigation regarding your Auto Policy Unfortunately I was unable to obtain the approval to correct the termination. Allstate changed our backdate guidelines effective 10-29-21 and we are no longer able to approve any corrections beyond 30 days from the date the concern is received. Your policy has been terminated, effective 9-16-21.Sent a letter to the **************** on 12-4-2021, NO RESPONSE.I did everything that I was required to do and I'm out $256.53.

           Spoke with *****, CRS373 from Allstate Corporate Advocacy Department on 12-28-2021, this is the same person I have been dealing with since I contacted them with my concern:

            ***** reiterated, "ONCE AGAIN"  that since Allstate changed their guidelines she was unable to assist me any further.  So, since the customers are not made aware of the changes, "How is that MY FAULT"!!!!  She agreed with the comment.

           Even knowing that I followed the proper guidelines to cancel the insurance policies, there is nothing further she could to do to help.

            Asked *****, who was her Manager or someone over her.....her response...There is NO ONE else for me to contact!!!!!!

      The same individual keeps contacting me (*****, CRS373 - Corporate Customer Advocacy ********************** with ********************** - ***************************).

      She is VERY ADAMANT that there is no one else left to speak with regarding my situation!!!!

      This is absolutely ridiculous and completely frustrating.  

      I have NEVER dealt with a company like ALLSTATE INSURANCE that is so UNWILLING to help...but, will definitely keep your money, even when it DOES NOT  belong to them.
