      Good hands". I had hail damage to my home , siding was ruined, air conditioning units, Windows broke etc.. and they say there was NO damage to my home, really? I disputed it and they sent out another so called "inspector" whom took pictures of everything BUT my home, failed to give pictures of damage and even mention my air units. This was the 2nd inspector to do this and then the adjuster to say they are on my side , that's ********. They could care less about a person, they sure get there monthly payment but when it comes down to needing them they treat you terribly, avoid calls and emails and avoid paying a *****.i even sent my own pictures reflecting the damage and they said they can't go off my pictures lol really but choose to go off of pictures that show no damage and act like I'm the one in the wrong no Allstate your the one in the wrong.i will be canceling my services and telling people to stay away.

      Date of loss : 8-10-21 ****** Truck - it is 10-6-21 and they have not yet sent an adjuster out to settle claim . The other motorist whos fault it was is underinsured . This means our insurance under comprehensive is responsible to pay . After Allstate pays then ****** Gap will pickup the balance . Not only am I out my vehicle , but Im still paying on a vehicle that is sitting at ********************************* . They are mad too . Continual run around and misinformation from Allstate . At one point they had a collision report in on each of my residential vehicles including one I had traded in previously . Today someone on Allstate website kindly closed out all of them with exception of current one . It has incorrect date of loss on it . Deplorable Service . Ive been using a broken down rental vehicle for over 30 days now which Allstate is sapposed to be paying for . I want the claim resolved ASAP !!!! Hardship on my family as well as my Business !

      I am opening a formal complaint against Allstate for claim denial without valid support; my claim was treated unfairly and provided bad service. On July 6, 2021, I opened a claim for a fence that was bashed and damaged by windstorm. The condition of the fence after the storm was dangerous because it was bent and represented danger to my neighbors children. The person sent by Allstate did not come to my house to evaluate the damages, just took pictures. Adjuster, ***************************** was nasty and sarcastic when he called to inform me that he denied the claim based on pictures he got on ******* Due to bad feedback, Allstate Manager called me and re-opened the claim assigning another adjuster who also based his decision on the same pictures seen on ******* They never took into consideration the pictures I sent and shared on their website. I firmly believe my claim was treated unfairly and improperly. Allstate takes advantage of the consumers and provides bad CS.

      8/20/2021 Their policy holder hit me and I have paid for my own car rental and they have not returned phone calls or emails, they wrote a estimate for my car for ***** dollars and damage was over ****** then took weeks to approve and i am paying for the rental car until they may or may not reimburse me. this is poor insurance coverage and i want people to know how horrible they are so they do not waste there money and expect coverage they will not receive from this company

      We filled a complaint about overflowing toilet on August 4, 2021 . Damage to our drywall and hardwood floors. We did get coverage for mold and water clean-up. We had repairs and had to get estimates from wall, floor and paint. Then the claim contact would not get back to us. We were transfered to a new claim contact. We talked to him and he said he would move a claim forward, but then silence. Nothing has been done or approved. He said that they were phoning us but there is no record on our phones. We have phoned multiple times and have escalated the file. Still no response. We have heard that the claim contact records that he calling us to AllState It has now been two months and we just want them to approve the repairs. But basically we want them to call us back.

      I have been with ALLSTATE homeowners and car insurance for 17 years. I have filed claims for a new roof and seem to ALWAYS get a run around and I finally just give up. NOT THIS TIME THO. If I have to take it to court! But it's NOW ALOT WORSE and I'm starting to get damage on the inside of my home. They are willing to patch and repair a 20+ year old roof but not wanting to replace the whole roof. A few years ago, I hit a deer in my Tohoe. SAME ISSUE... THEY wanted to patch and repair and not replace the parts. I should have changed companies then! Im just sick and tired of dealing with ALLSTATE but now I have a claim open so not much I can do right now. I have been paying for insurance for the past 17+ years and have NEVER had to use it. THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS HELP ME GET A WHOLE NEW ROOF.

      My car was hit after an Allstate customer ran a stop sign on Sept 12, 2021. The only contact on their attempt was to get my statement of the accident. My car was towed and remains in the tow yard. After almost daily calls and many hours we have got nowhere. Meanwhile we are paying out of our pockets for a rental car. We've sent numerous emails with no response. We are the claimant so they are showing absolutely no desire to resolve our issues.       Hi,Just over a week ago I received a registered letter from Allstate stating effective September, 30th they were terminating my auto policy (*********) The reason given for this action was that Allstate did not have my wifes master number on file. To the best of my knowledge Allstate has never reached out to me for this information and my wife has her own vehicle with her own full coverage insurance so not sure why this would be needed but I would have provided if asked. My wifes driving record is flawless and though my own is a bit less flawless I believe Ive only received 1 or 2 tickets in last tens years, I have never missed a payment and Ive never had an accident that was my fault. This decision to cancel my policy in my opinion is short sighted, unjustified and very unprofessional my insurance history now shows that Allstate has canceled my policy but doesnt state a reason why which will cause damage to my rate with other providers

      My father is 84 years old. He bought his car outright with cash. A used ******* He parks his car on the street. Because we did not take loan to buy the car we bought liability only for our car insurance. He parks his car in front of his apartment. We bought the car in May by July having only put on 75 miles my fathers car was hit by a Lyft driver. That same Lyft driver totaled 2 other cars and damaged two additional cars. Allstate will not pay anyone who does not have collision. The two cars that had full coverage those have been replaced or repaired. The people who could not afford collision remain unreimbursed. No attorney will take the case because **************** law states they want everyone to be able to drive for ride-share so low income drivers only need $5000 of coverage per accident. This means Allstate is unwilling to give the $4284 dollars to repair the damage their insured driver caused to my fathers car. The driver was renting the car to drive for Lyft. He was comple
