I am tired of getting advertisements, etc from this business. I have asked and asked that I be removed from their mailing and phone lists. Both for myself and my wife ***********************. I get mail and phone calls from them every day and I am tired of it. My next step is an attorney. *****************************Business response

Spam mail almost daily mail and the envelopes are trying to represent actual mortgage company used for purchase of house. They do not even have my actual legal name spelled correctly. That was the first red flag. The mail has come almost daily but definitely weekly trying to imposter my mortgage company. Well this evening someone called my cell phone from this company trying to set up a time to speak. My wife did some digging and now we find so many of the same complaints. So my wife called the number back of that person. She advised her we were not interested in their services and she responded with to not put our info online requesting information anymore. My wife advised her we have not ever requested any info from them or requested contact and that the mail started after we purchased our house for almost half a year now. The woman just continued to tell her to not request information from them anymore and contact by mail and phone should stop as of now. She was very rude and we found it odd that she contacted from her personal cell phone. In my complaint information I input my name incorrectly as they have it for my identity protection. I do not want them having any access to my actual legal name since that is what gave their spam away in the first place and protected me.Initial Complaint

I received a letter within the past couple days ago, and "Mortgage Protection Plan" seem like a 3rd party service for lead generation.Short of me mailing out my information to them, which they should have already since it should also be part of the public record, they should verify things such as my name, contact info, etc, all from the same data broker.Additionally, they show my lender as "Confidential", and it lists me as the only owner. 1, the house is actually mortgage free, 2, there are other folks listed on the deed.So, I want to know the provider of their information to get in contact with them. I also want "Mortgage Protection Plan" to remove my name(s); phone number(s); address(es); alias(es); bank account(s); trading account(s); vehicle history, and any associated with me.In addition, I would like to know the names of the institutions that you're "Not affiliated with".Initial Complaint

I closed on mortgage a week ago and this business some how got the information and started spamming a relative's mailbox about mortgage protection insurance. I found a phone number that led to a call center where some lady named **** kept trying to get information from me to send me a $100 reward card. I kept insisting that all I wanted was to be removed from the mailing list. After, I asked **** if they are trying to scam me and get information, she hung up on me. All I want is to be removed from the mailing list.Business response

The number you called does not belong to our company nor does any person names **** works for us. There are many other vendors sending out solicitations with different requests. Since closing on our new house, these letters have come NON-STOP! Today I received 3 in ************ and it's sending me over the edge. I already explained when I was called that we decline this scam, so stop sending it all to my physical mail box!Business response

Exactly 6 days after closing on our house ,we started to continually receive mailings with no outside return address on envelope (that should be illegal). but here is its not just mailings. But the mailings are so fraudulent they have our bank information on the front as if it is coming from our bank!!! this company has bought somehow our name our closing bank in the amount of our loan !!!! all of this should be illegal. I only have a couple more years left on this earth due to my age but you can guarantee that every law abiding official will start to receive letters from me to find out why this is legal for this kind of information to get out into third-party tyrants who lie and say they are offering mortgage protection. There is no such thing as mortgage protection .if it Was everyone wouldve buying it. And they have hundreds of independent contractors constantly calling u. 11:10 am one just called meBusiness response

I recently paid off my house, and then opened a Home Equity loan for a large amount. Since the closing of my loan, I have received no less than a dozen solicitations for "mortgage protection insurance", "asset protection", etc. up to three or four a day. They are always the same crappy type of letter offering Life and/or Disability coverage for my mortgage. Some have different response addresses in Ilinois, and some have response addresses in other states. Non of them have a company name, which is why I feel they are an obvious scam. The latest one has a response address of PO Box ***** ******** *******.I would like to have all of my information removed from their system and have no further contact from them or any company affiliated with them.Business response

After closing on a home equity Mortgage. I began to receive 3 to 4 mailings each day from this company pretending they are affiliated with my lender. Please remove me out of your database and stop the mail harassment. It's obvious by the many complaints you are being allowed to continue doing what you do and nothing's being done.
