      I recently purchased an apartment and have been inundated with scammers getting my details from the public deed records. This business has sent me multiple letters trying to get me to apply for mortgage protection. This business is clearly a scammer and is preying on uninformed first home purchasers.

      Since purchasing my home in March, Ive received over 20 pieces of mail from this business. You would think that no response means that I am not interested, but today I got 6 pieces of mail from this business again. This is an absurd amount of solicitation and I do not want another piece of mail to be delivered to my address from this company.

      After closing on a home equity line I began to receive multiple mailings from this company referencing my lenders name to imply that they are somehow affiliated with the lender (unless you read the fine print). There is no indication of who the company actually is: just a return address of Mortgage Protection Plan.I have not requested any information from this company nor have I responded to any of their previous unwanted solicitations.I would like this company, whoever they are, to remove all personal information for anyone at this address from their database and immediately discontinue their constant mail mailings. Their multiple, constant mailings are nothing short of harassment. I can barely tear one up before another arrives.Thank you for your assistance and, based on the large number of similar complaints, I believe they should be shut down or at a minimum required to properly identify themselves in their unsolicited marketing mailings.

      After purchasing my home last month, I received a letter (actually 2) stating that I could qualify for mortgage protection insurance. My issue is this seems to be fraudulent being as how some of the information is incorrect, there are multiple letters with different titles yet going to the same address, their postal address doesn't match, as well as there isn't any company name or information provided. Please remove me from your mailing list and do not contact me again.

      Received two letters (duplicate of same letter). We are in **********. This company is in ********. At the bottom of the letter (in fine print) "All product and benefit riders are not available in all states." This is "phishing". It is not appreciated. We want to be taken off of their "list" AND not have our information sold to anyone else. Also, they should discontinue sending their letters across the whole of *******. They should solicit only to people in states that they are allowed to do business.

      SCAM!!! We built up on our house and once we settled with the bank, only I (not my husband) keep getting mail for mortgage protection. 2-3 come at one time in the mail... I now have a pile of at least 20. This is very annoying and weird since both my name and my husband is on the house but only I receive all the mail. STOP IT!!! Stop wasting paper! This is a crazy desperate attempt and even if I was thinking about it, I no longer am because it's turned into harassment. If I am not even signed up for this and I get this much mail, I would hate to see what happens to people who actually sign on. I see the previous complaints are very similar, FIX IT!

      This organization continues to send me solicitations regarding insurance. I have NEVER asked them to send me anything nor have I ever requested anything. I want the letters-any form of communication- to stop immediately. This is harassment and if I receive any other forms of communication from them I will contact an attorney.

      SCAM SCAM SCAM. Four letters in one day, return envelopes addressed to "Mortgage Protection Plan", "Mortgage Protection Services", etc. Ridiculous and a waste of paper. Not sure why you have my personal information but I want it removed from your database. Looking at the other complaints on this page, I'm not the only one they've attempted to *******.
