      I would give them 0 stars rude and racist employees more so management antagonist and pressure good employees to act un human. This is the only gym where it does not feel like a get away but a job 70 percent of the equipment broken sauna dry rotted literally a fire hazard shower tiles broken shower airators are old water is dirty steam room tiles broken lights never work in sauna or steam poor ventilation if there is 200 lockers in mens locker room 125 of them have been popped and broken into so they cannot be used. Its a shame to see how this place has turned into trash used to be pretty decent not anymore

      Warning this company makes it impossible to cancel. They required regular mail via certified or register mail. Haven't been in over year

      Terrible customer service! Representative ****** treats customers without respect and not allowing to say something! Arguing that she didn't say something when I have her voicemail that proves otherwise! How can you even argue with customer and straight up say I didn't say this and you will not speak with the manager?! Like who do you think you are? You are not all that to treat people however you want to. Shame on you honestly.

      They froze my membership and charged an annual fee when I CLEARLY stated to them in person to cancel it COMPLETELY. When I called customer service, I was on hold for 20 min then got disconnected. then I called back and was on hold again for another 25 minutes and the call ended again. Never giving my card information to them again!

      Signed up for a 7 day trial pass on their website. It clearly states that you get a week of group training, tanning and personal training. I went with my friend to try a group training class and was immediately told that it is not included but that I can purchase a membership so I can try the class. The manager told me that it is a marketing strategy and that nothing is included except for lockers treadmills and weights. I told him that is false advertising and against the law. My friend and I left. Don't trust them. Will never go back.

      XSPORT FITNESS - ******, ** raised my membership by about 5 dollars without my consent or any notification. Being upset, I restricted my account access to them by changing my card. A few days later, I called them and I was on hold for more than 10 minutes and the phone went dead suddenly. A day later, I received a call from one of their rude employees who started telling me "that I was on a recorded line and I had a past due $30". I told him that they couldn't charge me more without my knowledge and I didn't need their GYM anymore. He was upset and hung up the phone abruptly.

      I have been with xsport since it has been established in ******* and they will just increase my membership fees and not tell me that it has been raised plus on top off that the guy who works 3rd shift he changes my key tag and claims that I'm taking advantage of him by letting someone to use my key tag when he know that at the first place he should have notified me and took care of it right away he was very nice and humble person in the beginning he knows me just like that so, I personally used to just wave at him and go work out since 2 weeks he said everyone should scan i said ok and started scanning my key tag with no questions asked since I have an membership but today he was very rude I didn't like his behavior at all he said I will start swearing just come and see the manager I won't even allow you from tomorrow. I want him to apologize to me and he just sits does nothing so fire him Xsport

      Their location in ******* on ****** is so run down and so broken down. Every machine consistently breaks and they take days to fix it and then the fix won't even last. They raised membership rates and made no changes to the gym itself. They replaced all the machines upstairs with worse machines that weren't even the same. So half the equipment people used is just no longer in the gym. It is not an establishment that cares about their patrons.On top of that, when you call customer service, you could be waiting 1-2 hours and three times in a row the operator just hung up and I had to call back.

      XSport makes cancelling your membership as difficult as possible. They make you send a letter via certified mail requesting to cancel your membership and can take an additional month before they stop billing you. I'm currently 6 weeks post-mailing my cancellation letter and just got charged AGAIN. I am on hold with XSport Support as I write this (it's been 20 minutes). If you call the location, they'll give you a runaround and tell you to call XSport Support, but then you can really never reach a live person on XSport Support. Such shady cancellation practices. I will be disputing any further charges from XSport with my bank and spreading the news to others.
