We hired this company to address water damage caused by improperly installed siding from the previous homeowner. While the team and subcontractor were very polite and seemed genuinely committed to helping, I felt that completing the project professionally and in a timely manner was not made a priority.The job turned out to be larger than anticipated due to the extent of the water damage. However, there were several quality and oversight issues, and the project took significantly longer than expected. Even accounting for the additional damage, the work dragged on for about five weeks. I was frequently told it would be completed by the end of the week, only for it to be delayed again and again.For much of the project, I felt like I was acting as the quality control manager, repeatedly pointing out issues and requesting corrections. I had expected the contractor to take responsibility for ensuring the work was done properly, but instead, I found myself closely monitoring the progress and choosing which issues to push for them to fix.While the teams polite demeanor and effort were appreciated, the execution fell short of expectations. There were too many problems left unaddressed, and I had hoped for a more proactive and professional approach from the contractor. Overall, the experience was disappointing.Review from David B

The tornado in July left our home damaged. The response from the insurance agent left me feeling hopeless. Our neighbor whose home was damaged gave us Evan's card from Partners Loss Consulting. Evan restored the hope that our home would be repaired. We were informed at every step of the way what could be done and the progress of the work. Our day-to-day living was uninterrupted. The concern for our home by the partners was backed up by their knowledge, skill and quality workmanship. All our questions were answered, and solutions were offered. They made us feel like partners in the project. We were promised our home restored before Thanksgiving. In spite of the weather and the size of the task, they prevailed. They did not cut corners or patch over damage. The asbestos siding remediation and the lead abatement were handled smoothly and properly. The restoration of our home went as expected. The roofing is properly left till next spring. Throughout the partners management I was free of fear and doubt. I could sleep at night knowing we were in honest hands. I am most grateful for their attention to details and handling the challenge that our home presented. I look forward to working with them again as the need arises. Great team, great communication. After the tornado of 07-14-24, our neighbor recommended, and we called Partners Loss Consulting and asked them to step in and work with our unresponsive insurance company. They went above and beyond all our expatiations and worked with us to insure we understood what was happening. The work completed was excellent, and they always followed up to insure we were satisfied and to answer any questions. Work completed included tree removal, asbestos and lead removal, electrical work with new siding, painting and porch repair. He is a great source of information and knew how to communicate with the home insurance company on our behalf. His always urgent responsiveness as well as his attention to every detail inspired immense confidence. Partners loss consulting group were great to partner with when our small preschool had a pipe burst in a floor damaging two classrooms. This company is amazing! Had a water leak from upstairs condo. All the insurance companies said they dont cover. DS. I've had the opportunity to work with these gentlemen a couple of times and would highly recommend them! When they accept your job, you become family. And they are very protective of family! They make themselves accessible, answer all questions, keep you apprised of what's going on and what is to come. Any issues are dealt with swiftly and to your satisfaction. When they say' we're going to take care of you and your property' they mean business! They are kind, considerate, honest and respectful. I just want to say that I've had the opportunity to work with Partners Loss Consulting, Inc. on a complete roof replacement, gutters and also my living room due to water damage from some unwanted racoons that got through *******. They were so professional and dealt with all the things necessary to complete this process. The whole project was painless, and they were there to help me through all the details along the way and even offering suggestions to upgrade my living room.
