Went in for a clean the man told me I needed my wisdom teeth pulled my gums was swollen he told me ot would only take seconds after I told him I was gonna do it in august. Then proceeded to tell me I needed my wisdom one fill which I asked did he have time for he told me no but had time for wisdom teeth to be pulled. He goes in my mouth with a grinder tool water sprayer and air suction that was nearly in my throat for under five minutes. He then tells me the lady is coming to polish my teeth i just know a clean doesnt consist of only one tool. This business ***** and needs to be shut down.

So how do you get a hold of these people? I'm so sick of fighting to call and call and call and call them and I'm sitting on the phone for days on end with no one answering or picking up. I even leave messages and no one gets back to me. How are these people still in business? Especially how rough they are with children. I just don't get it. How is this place even thriving?.

This dentist refered me out to a prosthodontist telling me I needed more work than they could do there. During the the exam the dentist told me that I had one of my tooth that had a cavity that needed filling but deferred that because of the extensive other that was needed. However, there are no in network prosthodontist in my area leaving me to have to go out of town to *************** for treatment, but this can't happen until later this year. So I went back and asked the dentist to fill that tooth he told me needed filling so it wouldn't rot out before I could get to *******. He started playing games asking which tooth I wanted filled rather just looking at his exam notes or just take another look to identify the tooth in question. He made no effort to do either. He kept going on that I needed a bunch crowns on teeth that were going to get pulled when get to phoenix. It appeared that he was just trying to line his pockets by trying get me to let him give me a bunch of expense crowns when what I needed was just a filling to get me by for a few months until I can to phoenix for permanent solution.

This is the second time this company has refused to keep my scheduled appointments. The first time, my appointment was scheduled for May, and the company did not keep it after waiting six long months. Today, my appointment was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. A representative from the company or the dentist himself called on Friday to see if I was keeping my appointment, and I verified. Today, when I arrived for my appointment, the parking lot was empty, locked doors, and the black keypad was on the door. Again, they refused to keep my appointment. There is no integrity at this location through management or the professionals. Please go to another agency and NOT Familia Dental *******************************************.

I have had a broken tooth for about ************************************************ some problems (sensitivity). I called and made an appointment. During the appointment they did all the x-rays and told me I hade 5 cavities. one being in the broken tooth. understandable especially since its been 7 years since I had seen a dentist. during that appointment they went in and did a deep cleaning without even asking our any pain management. my mouth hurt so bad for a few days after. A few days later I had 2 of the cavities fixed some soreness afterwards didn't think much of it until a puss pocket popped up. went back to get my other cavities fixed and a crown on my broken tooth as planned. never got the crown he just filled it in. The dentist didn't believe me when I told him I had a puss pocket and was poking at it to the point it got bigger. When he was fixing my broken tooth he hit my nerve causing damage and referring me to a specialist for a root canal. he sent in the prescription for the infection that was caused by him fixing one cavity 5 hours after my appointment then called me and told me my insurance will not cover the crown needed on my tooth and will cost me 1400 out of pocket. I go to pick up my prescription just to find out my insurance will not cover it due to the dentist not being licensed in the state. so now I'm sitting here in pain from the nerve damage that can not get fixed from an unlicensed dentist

My son got his braces put on in 2020 and it's now 2024. Had alot of reschedules due to covid, which is understandable, and a few on our side, but he is ready to get them off. We are 2 appointments away from them being removed and now they are saying that we still owe a little over $200. I lost my job in 2022 and I came in before my flex card was cancelled and asked to pay the remaining balance, knowing I wouldn't be able to pay it after that. They have said that they have sent out multiple invoices stating what is due but I have never received anything in the mail. I have updated our address multiple times while in the office but they have sent them to old address. So after I have paid braces in full, almost 2 years ago, they are bringing up an amount that is due. They have never brought it up to me while in the office during an appointment and state that an audit was done on my account and I still owe $200+. When I paid my remaining balance in 2022, I asked them if it was paid and they said YES!!! If I still owed money at that time, I don't understand why it wasn't all paid when I specifically asked TO PAY IT IN FULL!!! I have never had an issue with anyone at the office or the orthodontist...all very nice people but this mishap is not okay! I do not have a job to pay the "remaining" balance since that is what I expected to have happened 2 years ago!

Famila Dental call me fri8/9/2024 if I wanted to come by and pickup my new dentures earlier than the appointment that I had and I was like great. Now on the call from me to come pickup my dentures that I need to have appointment not til later this month and that I couldnt come in that day and I would have to setup a medical trip to come in to get them when I called them back and then they didnt say that I needed a appointment. So I set the ride up and went in then I was told that I didnt have a appointment and they couldnt give me them but then it turn into a augmented with the whole office about why I was standing there and it was because they said it was ok too. But what made even worse was they called me back trying to make it seamed that it was my fault why I was there and they wanted to check the recording to check the call they wouldnt let me hear the recording and they tried to go by the wrong call and not the one of them calling me of course but the go find the one of them calling me. So for me wasting my day of coming in and the entire office coming at me every last person in the front office. I am a disabled vet and I deal with slit of pain everyday so it takes a lot for me to just come in there as it is but to get that treatment that I got for no reason at first to then thinking I was stupid and they were right no they were wrong. I am deserving of an apology for there treatment and that I have to come back on my actual appointment they need to really say there sorry and not try to turn it on the customer. Because I am a customer not there punching bag and be more professional about things instead of talking about ***** some one up and told by the sercuity guard that he cant tell them they in the wrong but tell me to shut up Im waiting on a apology

They lied to me several times. I had my top teeth pulled with the expectation of getting dentures from the time they were pulled. The doctor told me the day he pulled them that it would be 4-6 weeks until I had my dentures, They told me 2 weeks after the teeth were pulled that they were waiting on insurance, I contacted the insurance which told me everything was approved the day they pulled my teeth. I got impressions at 8 weeks after my teeth were pulled and am scheduled to get my dentures now in another 5 weeks. I refuse to give this place a good review because of the lies.

Simply the cleaning was right on but the femal that did my filling, had first time over numb me; second filling wasn't fulfilling, and it's like she show hostility over not adding up. Shortly after I had bits coming from the filling and had gone back but wasn't successful with results begun. I didn't even feel a cavity as I do now. No answer to equate other than, "they don't have the type of equipment necessary to fill the tooth" in the first place.

Well they removed my last review at Familia. I did like the female dentist and staff but then..I had a top back tooth pulled. No problem, but then....I had a lower back tooth pulled and was so uncomfortable for about 5 days, I couldn;t eat. I actually think the tooth was infected, the dentist was fast and kind of rough and the infection came out when she pulled it. I went back and she said "dry socket" My family members have had that and said very doubtful, due to the pain involved. They gave me Tylenol for a dry socket? I think misdiagnosed is the word. At least she gave me antibiotics (Amoxcillin) would not recommend or go back there again, no matter your insurance.
