    On 11/02/2024 I parked my car at ********. Upon returning on 11/03 I notices some damage to the passenger side of my car around the back/side panel. I immediately to the employee and she had me fill out a form. She and another gentleman both took pictures with their phones. On 11/4 A lady called to tell me that the form was not filled out completely. She stated the signature and insurance information was missing. I told her that I could complete the form, and I inquired about why she would need my information. She became very irate at my questions on their procedure in handling the matter and hung up on me. I called her back, and she began yelling saying if I don't want to give her my insurance information, we have nothing else to talk about. I told her that that wouldn't be a problem, but I wanted to get an understanding of how this will go before doing so. She hung up on me again. I called back requesting her same and she told me she would not give me her name. I called back 7 more time this time she would just pick the call up and hang up.

    My Range Rover Evoque was damaged by this establishment and the only way for it to be fixed is by the dealership. The workers pushed my outside mirrors inward and because they are automatic, they were taken off the track and now the dealership has to be the ones to professionally put them back on track with will cost me 200 plus dollars. I need for One spot to pay for the work that has to be done.

    I used ONE SPOT valet parking from 4-7-24 until 4-10-24. While away I noticed on the Tesla app my car being unlocked, locked and moved several times. I overlooked it because they may have needed to move it to access other vehicles. A days later I see my car being charged (WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST) and again I thought nothing of it ... I actually thought is was a courtesy.I returned to pickup my vehicle 4/10/24 (9:15p) my car was on 100% energy it was on 40% when I left it there. While driving home I realized my center console had been ransacked but it didnt appear as though anything was missing ... I proceeded home when I pull into my garage I opened the trunk to charge my car and the Tesla charger was missing. I immediately called ******* and spoke to ******* and was given a polite run around for about an hour with no resolution or evidence of attempting to actually help me recover my item ... I decided to call the ********************* Officer ***** agreed to meet me at One Spot because I was told by the staff 1st that they didnt know anything about a charger, 2nd refused to go look for it, then 3rd after I told them I made a police report they said YES WE HAVE IT BUT WE CANT RELEASE IT TO YOU ... I show up with the police they spoke to ******* and **** who claimed to have been under the instructions of their manager ****, continued to refuse to release my property until the officer requested his ******* to come out. Once his ******* came and after another hour of back and forth and searching for serial numbers and such, apparently **** says give them the charger. The officers were given the charger and later gave it to me.My video survelliance shows unauthorized activities in my car and I am completely disgusted with this company. The officer also told the staff that he had been to this company before for customer complaints about things being stolen out of their cars. The manager **** was extremely rude to me and hung up in my face refusing any resolution.

    My car was damaged while at their facility. When I told them they pulled up a blurry before picture that he says shows the damage which it does not

    On June 21st my family went on trip. We all park our car at One Spot Ohare Parking Garage. ******************************************************************. Our return date which was June 26th. On the date of return I notice my ************* was not park with everyone else car. When I spotted my Jeep it was park in a shady ********* Jeep lights was on. When I approached my Jeep I notice there was damages. There was a Dent on my trunk by the bumper like they ran into a pole, dents on my driver door, dents on the passenger side n by the gas *********** of scratches. Mind you I just bought my car on the 12th of June... ***** new truck.. When I spoke with the workers they came out n took pictures of the damages n made a report n gave me a card with the repot and told me I have to contact the owner whose name is *************************** by email. When I email Ms. **** she advised me that she would not be back at work until July 3rd. When July 3rd came she call n ask for my ID and insurance but when I ask her for her insurance she refuses to give it to me. I told her my insurance which is AllState is trying to reach you. So as the days go by no responds from ***********. So I went to make a police report because she now ignoring ALL ************** phone calls n email. After making the report I stop at One Spot to see if **** was *********** was. I explain to her I've been trying to reach her as well as my *************** said she been calling but no one have been answering. I call my insurance while standing nxt to Ms **** to let them know what she said n they said that's false information that they have 24hr *************** was no message that she call. Ms.**** tell ******* insurance that I had damages to the car when I brought it ********* explain to her that my Jeep is brand new I just bought it with no damages. Ms **** refuse to give my insurance her insurance information So they can get my car fix. So now ALL State is trying to get her to pay for my truck to get fix but she refuses to give us her info.

    I made a reservation at this location on 1/28/23. My car was stolen a couple of weeks prior and the ignition lock was busted in order to get away with the vehicle. When I arrived the valet took my car and keys and I explained that to start the car you will have to use the usb cable that is already in the ignition. This was about an hour and a half prior to my flight. As im waiting for the ride to the airport, I was told that I can not park my vehicle. When I asked why **** says that its based on company policy when I explained that ******* not say that on my reservation, **** huffed and said to call the police and report the vehicle stolen. I have my license and registration so clearly the vehicle is mine. **** was grossly unprofessional and caused me to miss my flight. I would like an apology and to be reimbursed for the cost of my flight.

    We used Onespot for parking for a trip to ********* 1/21-1/28. When we arrived on 1/28, a shuttle driver picked us up around 7:30pm at lower E5 at ****** in a black Onespot shuttle. He took our luggage, loaded it into the back and told us to get in. When we arrived at the parking garage, my daughters suitcase was not in the back. We (and she) recall her handing it directly to the driver when we boarded the shuttle. After a long day of travel, we had to return to OHare to search for the suitcase. We suspected he left it out in the middle of the road where pick up happened. After searching the lower E pick up area and talking to security guards, the bag was nowhere to be found.The week after the trip I spent my time calling the lost and found numbers given to me by the OHare security personnel, but the bag has not turned up.I have repeatedly contacted One Spot (**** phone calls, 3 emails) and have left several messages and emails with the manager, without hearing back from anyone. I dont know what process their company has, but I wanted to request to file a claim for my daughters lost belongings. At the very least I would ask for a full refund of our parking costs, $146.03. The suitcase alone was new, a Christmas gift, and costed $199. The contents included a full weeks worth of clothes and shoes for my 10 year old.Given my inability to get in touch with anyone to help me over the past 10 days, I am filing this BBB claim. My reservation number was through a service called Way and the reservation number is OGI26231529.Please let me know if you need additional information.********************************* *********************** ************

    Hello Sir/*****,I drop off my car One Spot Parking,9500 *********,*************,** ***** with ticket number ******* .While I was parking attendant didnt tell me to leave my car keys fob only and I handed to him bundle of keys (my office,house ,2 car keys)when I come back all my keys are gone except one remote control.Contact with Manager he is blaming me.Now ,They already have my information and they knew my house address .I am and my family is not safe because they stole my keys.Please advice

    I had my vehicle valet parked at their indoor facility from November 1, 2022 thru November 4, 2022. When I came to pick up my vehicle, there was a dent in my passenger door that wasn't there before. I noticed it before entering my vehicle. I reported it to the staff on duty and also to the local police. The staff filled our incident paperwork and said that they would check their cameras, and the person that handles this type of issue would call me the following week. I never received a call, so my husband and I called. We were told by the receptionist that we needed to email the paperwork and details to someone named ****, and she would reach out. We never heard from her so my husband called and spoke with her. She told him she hadn't checked her emails in 2 weeks. She also told him that she determined that they were not at fault and that she sent paperwork to the police department and we have to deal with them. He called the police department, and they informed him Onestop didn't submit anything to them, and that isn't the process. I tried calling back to Onespot after my husband contacted the police. A dispatcher named *** answered and said **** wasn't available. I told him that I'd be notifying the BBB as well as the states attorney generals office and media about this incident. He then stated, I will not threaten him and hung up. I called back and spoke with ***, explained that I in no way threatened him, nor did I get belligerent or use profanity and that I wanted a call back from ****. He said he'll tell her, but I need to email her. I did, and have heard nothing else from them. I want them to be held accountable for the damage done to my vehicle while Parked at their indoor parking facility. I would like for them to pay for the damage that they caused.

    On oct 14, 2022 I utilized their garage to park my car whike i was out of town. I arrived back Oct 23, 2022, i sent notication and called them that I had arrived back to ******* OHare so that my vehicle would be ready. Upon arrival and sitting for about ***** i inquired where was my vehicle, i was advised by thw emplyee that they tried jumping my car but did not know which one was the positive. So, after about 10min more i asked to go to my car. They had the battery cover off and the cover off another fuse box that had a positive. They were still trying to jump my car. Once i gained access inside the car, i noticed there was no power to the car except the press button and brake, in addition they had more cables to my car jumping it with another car. I told them to stop and i contacted roadside assistance. Upon arrival he attempted to jump the car, but to no avail. The battery was getting the charge but there was no power going to the car. The evening mgr arrived and tried as well, no success, no power. Roadaide assistance said something else is going on but he didnt know, only there was no power to the car. I called for a tow truck, had it towed home and then that follow Wednesday 10/26 /22 towed to clarendon infiniti. They diagnosed that the main fuse to the battery had been damaged due to cross jumping and that is why the vehicle would not start/jump, they had already blown the fuse as a result no power to the car. I mad several attempts to contact the mgr ****. I sent her emails and several phone calls and she was never available. She finally called back and said upper mgt said they dont accept liability for any damages that her employee couldnt have done that. I requested a call back from ********** as of about 11/11/22 and as of yet no return call back and no reaponsibility to damages to my vehicle. Seeking cost of repairs $841.78 plus 2 towing of $162 and $126
