I am receiving unwanted texts from this company.If there is an alleged debt I am requesting this company validate the debt If the debt is not validated correctly per law then Im advising this company to cease-and-desist all communications with me and they are not to direct third parties to communicate with me.Attempting to collect for me would be deemed as harassment because my only income is permanent Social Security and this will not change. Keep receiving phone calls from this company trying to collect on a credit card that I have never had. I have told them this and to stop calling me. They continue to harass me. This company contacted my spouse and reported that he had a loan with me opened in 2021. First we do not have any joint loans aside vehicles. The company sent a text to my husband requesting that he call. This company reported to my husband that they needed payment and identified me as an associated person. The text that was sent to my spouse notes Lendly as the company they are collecting debt for. When my husband asked for more information, they immediately said they called the wrong person and hung up. I acknowledge that I had a loan with them but I was the sole person on the loan. I also never provided my spouses name or number. To note, I have not been contacted by the company at any point since this was settled in 11/22 through another debt collector and have had the same contact phone number since ****. I am reporting this because, the company is providing false information, insinuating that I am committing identity theft and harassing others. I have received no mail or contact from this entity since 11/2022. They are providing false information to people eluding to their credit being affected which is absolutely not true since I would not apply for anything with someone else's credit without their explicit permission. When this debt was paid in the amount of $800, the debtor informed that I would receive something noting the settlement but I never did. It appears that Lendly is selling to multiple debt agencies. I can provide proof of payment to the debtor via my bank statements but unfortunately the debtor did not send any proof of the payment as I requested. I would like this information known as so many companies are selling to various collection agencies and even when try to do the right thing and take care of it. The agency fails to report it and now are contacting my family and lying. There has to be some recourse to address accusations that I am using someone other than my own credit when it is clearly false.Initial Complaint

Halsted financial along with EPMG ********* PLLC have been taking payments out of my bank account without authorization and without ever being a patient at that surgeon's office. There have been multiple complaints about the epmg company of them doing the same to others.Business Response

I called to check on an account balance laced with the company. I was then transferred to a supervisor when I never asked for one. The supervisor rodeo id# ***** kept asking for pymnt after I advised I did not have my debit card to setup pymnt but would call back or go online to make a pymnt. I attempted to go online to acces the account and was unable to do so and referenced to contact the office. I reached out to check office again then transferred to a manager ****** id#***** who was rude and not listening when asked about my account he proceeded to tell me my account was. Marked as a dispute account. I never disputed the balance I wanted to know the balance as it came over to the company.
