Dear ***/*****:I just received a mail from RFGI stating they are collecting a debt in the amount of $171.85 for Yourgi Bestlife. I dont owe this debt because I did not sign a contract with RFGI nor Yourgi Bestlife. I was asked by *************************** in ****************************************************** to download an app so that I will only pay $60 for a visit last year for my dog. I downloaded the Yourgi app because I was told by the staff in ***********. I lost my job and we had to move so I stopped the service and cancel the service. I would like RFGI to try collecting a debt I do not owe. I do not have a contract with RFGI and Yourgi. Please help me with this matter. This financial group has claimed that I owe ****** for a debt I do not owe. I canceled the services at ******** 3 days after joining. They offer no real credible matches. Received notice for debt collection for auto renewal for an eharmony account that was closed on 3 March 2024. Auto renewal date was 24 March 2024. Payment was unable to be processed due to closure and deletion of billing information. Despite cancellation, debt was charged. I contacted emharmony which told me that I owed them the money and that debt was sent to RFGI. RFGI has sent me numerous emails asking for the debt to be paid. I explained to them that the account was closed prior and that I should not have to pay. They have failed to send me requested validation of debt that was requested 12 June 2024.Business response

To Whom May ********* received email 6/10/2024 Rozlin Financial Group for eHarmony that I owed $364.78. January 30th 2024 I paid eHarmony $121.60 and canceled service 15 days later and deleted account for fraud and scamming. There were profiles scamming for money and not in my area or NOT in are country and also in profile pictures of person in nursing homes. I have not used this service after February 15,2024 because of fraudulent. Tried to reach out to eHarmony you cannot get alive representative or they have NO contact phone number because the number doesn't exist. Tried emailing and no response. This services is taking advantage of innocent people and trying get money for services NOT having active account. eHarmony breach there contract for fraud advertisement and I'm solely not responsible for what I owe them. I'm being harass by eHarmony and Rozlin Financial Group for services I didn't use and I want the harassment to be dismissed. This company keeps calling me but also has been spam calling my family members. I don't know who this company is, nor do they have authorization to call me or my family members. They have obtained my and my family 's information through illegal ways. I don't know how they obtained the phone numbers of my family but that's against the law to harass me or my family members. I was contacted by RFGI in June 2023 via email regarding a debt of $442.61 they claimed I owed to eHarmony. My financial information was previously involved in a data breach, and upon noticing a series of unauthorized charges to my account (including one from eHarmony subscription service in Jan 2023), I promptly cancelled my credit card, which resolved the issue. RFGI claimed that the total balance of the subscription service was now due in full since the payment method was revoked (per an alleged contract when the account was opened). I informed RFGI in July 2023 that this was not my debt, that I did not open this account, and provided a formal dispute including documentation of a data breach involving my credit card. RFGI 1) initially contacted me claiming a debt in a different first name than my own, 2)have failed to provide a contract signed by me showing this is my debt, and 3)are charging for a full year of a service that was cancelled within the first month of being opened due to fraud. They have continued to contact me to collect this debt without regard for my reasonable dispute. I would like this account closed promptly without penalty to me and for them to cease and desist their attempts to collect on this fraudulent debt.Business response
