      This company is threatening and harassing me about an account that has been resolved. Reference #: ******** I want them to call **************** to verify that I owe ****************, then I want them to apologize to me for harassing me, then I want them to remove it from my credit report, then I want them to lose my email/ information and never contact me again!

      Good morning,
      I apologize but I am unable to respond to the consumer directly as she has previously requested that we cease and desist all communications.


      My investigation did find that the balance is still owed. The amount owed at the time the account was charged off is $490.63 and on November 30, 2020, the original creditor received a payment in the amount of $109.08 leaving the remaining balance of $381.55.


      I have confirmed that RFGI is not reporting the account to the credit reporting agencies but the owner of the account, Complete Credit *************** is reporting the account accurately to the credit reporting agencies and has submitted a request to update the account to be marked as "in dispute". This request may take the credit reporting agencies up to 10 business days to complete.

      In addition, the account with ********************** accurately reflects the consumer's request that we cease all communications.

      I am rejecting this response because: You sent me a statement for a so called debt from *********. There is no agreement between me and ********* or me and RFGI for this invalid debt. You are in direct violation of multiple federal and *** consumer protection law by reporting this to my credit reports. I DO NOT have any liability toward this alleged debt, as I have mentioned in my previous communication. Unless you have any original agreement which proves this debt belongs to me and it is not in violation my consumer rights, please remove this from all 3 of my credit reports. 

      I was recently denied a new job because of this illegitimate debt you are reporting to my credit reports. Which not only put a huge amount of financial stress on me and my family, it is also causing a lot of emotional distress. So I ask you again please remove this illegitimate debt from my credit reports as soon as possible. I hope we could resolve this without taking any further action. Thank you.

      I was the one to file the complaint, not a 3rd
      party. I didn't know any other way to word it, to
      make sure it gets taken off my credit profile
      because I am not liable to this debt, as I have
      stated in the initial complaint. Sorry if it seemed
      a bit repetitive, but I only can say the words
      one way for someone to understand what
      exactly my mind is fixed on. Attached is the
      companies and the amount they have reporting
      on my credit profile saying i owe, which I do
      not, hence why I am filing a complaint.

      Dear Better Business Bureau, 

      I must respectfully reject Rozlin Financial Group, Inc.'s response for the following reasons: 

      1. Lack of a Signed Contract: Rozlin Financial Group, Inc. has failed to provide any evidence of a signed contract bearing my signature. To my knowledge, I have neither requested nor received any funds from Rozlin Financial Group, Inc. Consequently, there is no valid contract between myself and Rozlin Financial Group, Inc. to substantiate any alleged debt. 

      2. No Existing Debt: I want to emphasize that I have no outstanding debts with Rozlin Financial Group, Inc. To the best of my knowledge, no legitimate financial transaction or agreement has taken place between us. 

      3. Violation of FCRA: This situation appears to be a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). It is essential that any debt reported on a credit report be supported by credible evidence and proof. Given the lack of a signed contract and my denial of any association with Rozlin Financial Group, Inc., this reported debt does not meet the necessary criteria. 

      In light of these circumstances, I kindly request the removal of the disputed account from my credit report. It is crucial to me that my credit score accurately reflects my responsible and cautious financial behavior. This matter has caused me undue stress and concern, and I believe that the reported information is both inaccurate and unjust. 

      I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that you take the necessary steps to investigate and rectify this issue promptly.

      In February 2023, I signed up with eHarmony. I had the understanding it would be under $20 per month. When I received my statement for February in March they charged me $76.86. I thought maybe they had charged me for 6 months so I didn&#**;t think too much of it. Then I received my statement for March in April and they had charged me $76.86 again. The statement also included a number for eHarmony and I called ************** to find out what was going on with the charges, but I was not able to reach anyone. I tried logging into my account to try to resolve the situation but received a message that I couldn&#**;t log until I paid. I decided to contact ******************* of ***** about the charge, and they said there was nothing I could do but close the account that eHarmony was linked to. So I closed the account and opened a new one. I thought that was the end of it. Today I received a letter from Rozlin Financial Group *** for a collection of $153.73 with eHarmony as the creditor. I called Rozlin Financial Group *** to try to explain that I closed the account and I wasn&#**;t able to reach eHarmony. The person was disinterested in hearing my explanation. She said that if I continued to speak she would end the call. I then stopped talking but she still ended the call.

      I received a letter in the mail from RFGI (Rozlin Financial Group, Inc.) dated 7/17/2023 informing me I owe eHarmony.com $550.80; however I did cancel my subscription after the six month period. I received no other notice prior to this communication saying that I owed any money. I do not owe eHarmony.com or RFGI any money and have fulfilled my contractual obligation. I request eHarmony and RFGI to stop contacting me and cease and desist all collections.

      RFGI has made multiple calls and sent mulitple emails regarding a so-called debt I owe to eHarmony. I was on eHarmony for all of 30 mins before I realized its a complete scam, no real people just bots. I canceled and deleted my profile within an hour of creating it which is well within the trial period time frame. Now this company is asking for an extreme amount of money. I emailed/spoke to eHarmony multiple times with this information and still it was passed on to collection? I think eHarmony/RFGI have an illegal scam going on here that *** require a class action lawsuit for them to stop. I've asked RFGI to stop contacting me or provide me proof that I owe anything to eHarmony. Not a vague letter with no specifics, I want to see where I agreed to pay anything to eHarmony. A free trial is just that a FREE trial!
