This was the worst experience of a bank ever. I've only had issues witht them. I was talking with them and each time I was told it was incorrect information each Representative told me. The only reason I used them was due to me working at target once I left the service was horrible take money whenever wanted to what account and let recurring charges continue to happen and with my overdraft at ******* they let it got that high by also adding over draft charges each time. Wow no control over my accounts what so ever!! Plus money was deposited into my checking but they to9k my entire check towards my loan. How are people to pay bills with your institution controlling MY HARD EARNED MONEY! Wow how you trade people with there money as well as giving everything we as the people have.Baxter Credit Union

****** ******* 21 points 4 hours ago My wife had our bank account linked to cashapp. Her cashapp was hacked and had over 3000 dollars stolen. We called made a claim right away. This was last Friday or two weeks ago. So the person who hacked us took everything so it was overdrafts. So they took her check and froze everything. So they took what was left in the account and closed the case saying they weren't responsible for it. Left us with 84 cents so someone hacked us and stole 3000 dollars and BCU STOLE THE REST!!Response from the owner an hour ago Dear ******,We sincerely apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused. It is never our intention to cause any inconvenience or leave our members feeling that their concerns have not been properly addressed. Very upset! I called a month ago to cancel ************* as the cost benefit didn't compute to me. A month later I was called back and told that Gap has been canceled and I am owed nothing as I am an ******** resident. They would not reinstate the gap as it has already been submitted. So now after its been cancelled I have paid in full for a service that I am not receiving. When asked to speak to a manager I was put on hold for a bit only to get the same employee back in the phone. He informed me that they would be reviewing the call to see if I asked for a quote or just cancelled to see if its their error. Seems unfair and makes me feel like a number and not a customer. I have trusted this bank for my checking account, ********************** card, and 2 loans. I will remove this review and remain a customer if I am given a ********************** to my loan for the amount of the gap contract or if it is reinstated with no additional cost to me.Baxter Credit Union

If I were permitted to rate this credit union with a negative rating, I would do so without hesitation. Since February 5, 2025, I have been attempting to close on an auto loan with this credit union. I have submitted every document they have requested. I am employed by a Fortune 500 company, and the risk management team has denied my application due to the ineligibility of my paystubs. I have downloaded my paystub from the payroll portal, but they have stated that it is insufficient. Im on the company website. They didnt want to even verify with HR. In my opinion, this situation appears to be a deliberate rejection. I have already incurred a $1,000 loss on a vehicle deposit that I left with a dealership because ******* (loan officer) advised me to do so, as the loan offer was favorable. Consequently, I am now without a vehicle, financial resources, and a loan due to the negligence of this credit union. I applied for *********** today (02/11/2025) and was approved. *********** was able to accept my paystub in its original format and also called HR at my place of employment to verify my credentials.Baxter Credit Union

I complained to this credit union about my account balance not reflecting properly. In turn the credit union retaliated against me by placing closing my account. The same *** *** has done this to me in the past and I have filed complaints with *** against him personally. Somehow miraculously he is still employed. Two hours later, I have been hung up on 12 times, threatened, and gaslighted. They refuse to open the card. They refuse to update my mailing address. They continue to hang up on me. This bank should be out of business.Baxter Credit Union

I complained to this credit union about my account balance not reflecting properly. In turn the credit union retaliated against me by placing a freeze on my account and my ********************** card. I was told the freeze was placed because online gambling on FanDuel is prohibited with their debit cards so they froze my ccard and my Zelle account but left the debit card active.Baxter Credit Union

In reviewing your loan account and title, we found that on 7/30/2024 we received the title documentation you sent us via mail. These documents were sent to the New York DMV on mistake, were subsequently rejected by this DMV and mailed back to us on 9/11/2024. We are currently working on having this documentation expedited to the Texas DMV. In the meantime, we have reversed eight Overdue Title fees assessed to the loan account for a total of $232. Once the title has been perfected, we will reverse the remainder of the fees.We truly apologize for the confusion and frustration this has caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. *********, BCU.
