      Looking to *** for fraud in charging for services that wasn't done, Negligence with repairs. Anxiety and stress and loss of money. I took my car in repeatedly for the same code for engine repair. the repairs last only 6 months and then I'm right back with the same problem. This has went on for two years. I paid for oil change twice only to leave the dealership to fins out that the services wasn't done. This has cause me high level of Anxiety each time my check engine light comes on and I feel that I have been taking an advantage of because I'm a woman.

      We have been working closely with this customer to fix an ongoing oil consumption issue. As of 11/13/2023 and ****** miles, we have started an oil consumption test since the vehicle came in 3 quarts low on oil. We have been working diligently with her extended warranty as well to cove the cost of the repairs. the check engine light can come on for multiple reasons and we have been working through the issues her car has. The car is scheduled to come back in at ****** miles to finish the oil consumption test and we can determine the next step in assisting to repair her vehicle.

      On the 24th of March 2023, I went to this car dealership with hopes of getting the car I wanted and with all transparency, unfortunately for me this Car dealership is been operated by FRAUDSTERS. The Salesman that was responsible for my transaction quoted me a price of $19,777 which was agreed upon.We all know how the paperwork of signing documents and details can be missed which I believe was a careless mistake on my part of not reviewing clearly.After all said and done the deal was sealed, I drove my car home.Then went through my documents the sales price was Fraudulent changed and increased to $22,171 and went back to rectify the Fraud and the response I got from the front desk was I SIGNED.The A/C was faulty and I took it back to them and the weather was cold within the 90days they said nothing was wrong now its Summer and the A/C is not running properly and Im been asked to pay $400 for diagnosis.I believe they have been doing this to countless customers.This company is a FRAUD, they operate on LIES, ******************** need to close DOWN!They treat the AMERICAN PEOPLE this way its SAD.

      customer did purchase for *****, he also purchased several options added to the sales price. After purchase on 03/24 , the vehicle was driven into service on 06/15 for a check engine light, which after the hot spring no mention of any air condition issues, but did find out that the turbo needed to be replaced, which service did. The gentleman also has a warranty on the vehicle for up to ****** which is a apex select coverage, with a 500 dollar deductible. If the repair is under warranty i would take care of the deductible.       Purchased a used 2013 ***** Silverado LT from this place around August 27th 2022. I did a cash down payment of $3,000.00 & was promised it was to pay ************* Ive paid a balance of ******** to the bank which has barely covered the initial fees. I took it for a Maintance check to our local mechanic on July 14th 2023 & found out the Chasis has been bad/broken for quite a while now & needs to be replaced, the mechanic states its not worth the fix but were very happy with the vehicle other than this big problem! Ive been to dealer & keep getting run arounds, their sales guys **** wrote a note on paper & promised wed call from his manager the next day since they were gone for the day.. well that call was suppose to have been Tuesday (7/18/2023) we didnt get it, we sent a text to ********** reply was, my boss said its not necessary to book an appointment with service if the chasis is broken. He says if you want to trade it for another vehicle. Do you want to seek that option? I called their GM **** ( I believe) left a voicemail requesting a call back & I have not received anything as of 7/19/2023!! I want them held responsible for selling a broken vehicle they stated was certified & 100% ready prior to this we had an issue with the driver side window not working. My husband has also done a paint job over $3,000 on this vehicle just for them to brush it off with trading it in for something else!! All they reply is please contact us at ******************* yeah you call and theres no answer or returned call!!

      They are not taking any type of  responsibility for their poor actions in selling a faulty vehicle! Obviously its been almost a year as you can see the vehicle is hardly driven by the mileage it currently has. The reason we had the paint job was to prevent the rust from spreading! Now theyre making up lies saying it was involved in a minor accident? Never has the truck been in any type of accident under our time, if they want to falsify the report just like they lied about the chasis thats on them! I believe the state should really investigate this business from previous reviews read theres been a lot of problems once the vehicles are out their lot! Why would I trade the vehicle for a different one at the same place theyre selling faulty cars? Every person weve spoken to about the broken chasis has also agreed that this didnt come from just this winter. Again, the car was rarely moved in the winter! If Im paying over 30k for a vehicle Im going to take the best care that I can!!

      I purchased 2023 ***** Blazer from the sales rep ********* @ Villa Park location on May 18, 2023 everyone was so nice, after the purchase was done I did not receive the car until week and a half after I purchased it. Once I receive my vehicle, I drove it for about a week and out of the blue. All of the lights on the dashboard, came on check engine, light traction light all the sensors everything came on, so I called the dealership made an appointment to bring it back I took it back. They said it was a sensor, they had to order the part once they ordered it I took the car back up there and they put the sensor on and said everything was fine. Two weeks later it happens again. All the lights on the dashboard is on. I called frustrated and nervous also scared to keep driving the vehicle so I notified him they told me to bring it back. I asked him about a loaner car. They told me I had to pay out of pocket for a loaner car and I asked them what would happen if I just dont want the car anymore they told me I had 72 hours for the day. I bought the car to bring it back if I didnt want it, now Im stuck with his car and I dont know what to do. Its so frustrating I just wont want to get rid of it and get my money back. Ive never experienced anything like this ever in life and I do not wish to do business with this company ever again .

                    ******************* has left our service department 06/20/2023, and the vehicle is repaired, the wheel sensor had to be replaced under warranty, the 2023 blazer has a 3year 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty and a 5 year ***** miles power train warranty. Because we are low on cars ******************* waited for the work to be done today 06/20/2023. Mrs. ******** husband called and was very abusive over the phone to the service writer, the service writer informed her husband it was a defective part and covered under ************** warranty and he still continued to berate the service writer.

      I purchased a new 2023 Chevrolet Equinox on April 11th, 2023. That evening looking over my contract I was disturbed to find out how much I had been charged for an extended warranty and a prepaid service contract. I returned to the dealership the next morning to request cancellation of the extended warranty and the prepaid service contract. I was given a blank cancellation form from a different warranty company and told they would take care of it and sent me on my way. On Friday, April 14 I returned to the dealership for the third time requesting filled out cancellation form. I received the proper cancellation form and went on my way. I called the warranty company over the next couple weeks several times and they had not received the cancellation form from Castle Chevrolet. I overnighted a copy of my cancellation form and I also scanned it to a PDF and emailed it to the extended warranty company. On April 28th 2023, according to the warranty company, both the extended warranty and the prepaid service plan were canceled and refunded at 100% and the funds were credited back to Castle. It has now been 7 weeks since I first requested cancellation and 5 weeks since the products were canceled. In an effort to avoid paying finance charges on a product that I did not want, I was forced to pay off the vehicle to avoid finance charges, creating a financial hardship to myself and my family. Castle Chevrolet has $4,500.00 of my money and I would like it refunded.

      The warranty refund check for this customer was mailed out on May ******* to GM Financial. Unfortunately, it went through regular mail and there's no way to track it and the refund must come from GM Financial not the dealership.

      The check is in the mail, thank goodness this issue can be put to rest.  Bless your heart for looking into this matter.  Seriously a paper check?  How exciting it must be to be affiliated with an establishment that uses such an archaic form of funds transfer.  Imagine the excitement, irate customers,  missing payments,  waiting on the post office.  The spirit of a carnival ********* must be your daily adventure.  I still have a few issues plaugeing my mind.  Does this mystery check have a number associated with it?  Why is everything so intentionality vague with you people?  

      The vehicle was paid off on April 18, 2023.

      Conversation with Castle text line ************ on Friday May 12,2023 communicated this along with a copy of release of lien certified by ************************************ representative *************************** affirming that ************************************ has no interest in this vehicle. 

      After having this information Castle states mailing out check on May 23,2023 to ************************************.

      If I make an appointment with your service department for an oil change I get a text message and an email confirming my appointment.  How wonderful it is bells and whistles, alerts going off.  Everyone is on the same page.  When to be where and why.  For some reason a $4535.00 refund check is sent out and the silence is deafening. 

      Your last response said to reach out to General Manager *********************************** if I had any questions.  I did reach out in an email dated May 30, 2023. at 10:28 am simply asking for a status update on this issue.  Had my email been answered this complaint would have never been made.  What a perfect time for him to inform me that a check was on the way.  A second email on June 13, 2023 also was un answered.  This lack of response prompted a complaint being filled with the ******** Attorney Generals office.  

      I have spoken with ************************************ at length and they do not have the funds allegedly sent by Castle nearly a month ago. 

      It has been almost ten weeks since I first requested this refund.  Your response is unacceptable and unprofessional.

      I purchased vehicle from business on 8/29/22 . I put $2500.00 in cash and financed the rest. Three days later i got a call from the bank that had the loan on the car that they needed to see verification about my job. They wanted to see copies of my payroll checks which my employer sent to them. The dealership contacted me several days later to say that the bank would no longer finance me because they were convinced that the payroll checks were fakes. The dealer gave me 2-3 days to return the car back to them. I returned the car back and asked for my down payment of $2500.00 back. They told me it would take 2-3 business days to get my money returned to me. I returned car on 9/15 and as of yet I have not rcvd my down payment back. Now they wont answer the phone when i call. I want my money back.

      I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse from this dealer on April 30,2021. The original deal involved trading in my perfectly working vehicle 2019 Chevrolet Trax plus $6000 deposit. The purchased vehicle stopped working immediately after purchasing. I explained to them I needed a working vehicle for my 4 children and myself as we were relocating 2 hours away. After attempting to fix the vehicle with no resolve the dealership advised me to tow the car back to them but could not give me a loaner because of the distance. They stated they would reimburse me for the tow and rental i purchased totaling $1400 and never did. They traded me out of the Traverse for a 2018 GMC Acadia which also gave problems within the 1st week. They then traded me out of the Acadia for a 2022 ***** Equinox with a $3000 deposit. After finally giving me a working vehicle, there is apparently now an issue with the proposed deal. The dealership is now requesting the vehicle back and to only give me $3000 in return.
