This management company now refuses to speak to my landlord over legitimate noise complaints. They have told me to just called the police after being told the police will not do anything. Their refusal to issue any notices or anything violates my right to quiet enjoyment, which is state law. Their job is to make sure landlords are following state and local laws to ensure all tenants are protected. I understand I can hear a bit of noise, but at 3 am when there's a big bang on the floor or similar noises all day long for hours and hours is not a "little bit of noise." | don't really care if it's an old building; that's not my problem. Next steps for me is reaching out to an attorney and taking this before a judge.I have been the unfortunate individual who has had to endure 19 months of living under a neighbor who is so obnoxiously loud that she violates the enjoyment of life law in ******** and has called the cops on my friends when they're over.My landlord has tried talking to VPM, even going as far as to get the other landlord's information which VPM refuses to give out, and all they do is fine her. It's clearly not a big enough fine or something would have changed.Review from Emilio V

If I could give this management company zero stars we would. We work hard, bought our home in the Medinah *************** and this management company is the absolute worst. They literally have made our lives miserable. They sneak around to the side of your house, drive by and stare and then when you complain they literally harass you. Their attorneys are useless as well. No rules about drug dealing renters, trespassing, common grounds, and **** care is the worst! There is never a response when you have a complaint. EVER. People have walked out of bored meetings because they fight, scream and yell at each other. It's appalling that grown adults are allowed to conduct meetings in this manor. One bored member misused our hard earned money for the Ridiculously high association fees that continue to go up every 4 months, to cut down his own tress that had sap coming down. Claimed that an environmentalist told him it was diseased. Found out that was a lie and no one else got their trees cut. Ridiculous. To bad, this use to be a nice neighborhood but not anymore. Please don't move to this community under this management company.

****** - I am sorry you feel it necessary to file a negative review against Vista Property Management for the bad actions of what appear to be your neighbors, who we as a company cannot control. I do not find any homeowner records for an *************************** residing at ******* Lakes Townhomes and therefore cannot find any previously filed complaints or phone calls reported to our office directly. Please feel free to contact the assigned property manager ********************************* directly so we can properly identify you and attempt to address your complaints. If you are having issues with suspected illegal activities we suggest you contact the police department directly.
