      To: RMS Representing *************************** and ******* **************** Subject: Urgent Request for Immediate Update and Deletion of Paid Collection Dear ********************************** am writing to formally dispute the continued reporting of a $717 balance related to *************************** on my Equifax credit file. On March 6, 2025, I paid the full amount of $717 via RMS, as confirmed by both RMS and my bank (supporting documentation is attached). At the time of payment, I was explicitly informed that this account would be removed from my credit report immediately.Despite this, ******* continues to inaccurately report the balance as outstanding, which constitutes a material reporting error under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This misreporting is directly impeding my mortgage process and causing unnecessary delays, as confirmed by my loan officer.I am respectfully requesting that this account be corrected and permanently deleted from my Equifax report without further delay. I have submitted full proof of payment and expect immediate action in compliance with **** regulations.Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.       This occurred sometime in December of 2024. This isn't a typical complaint. My issue with this company is the delivery they provided me. The first call I received the representative was extremely aggressive and telling me I couldn't make monthly payments. I knew that wasn't true. He was quite intimidating. I requested to be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor's name is Ms. ******* I spoke with her briefly yesterday regarding the breakdown she was helpful to a point but, like her employee got aggressive when I stated I would make monthly payments but I don't have the total amount to pay in full.

Under 15 U.S. Code 1692g(b), I have the right to request validation of the debt, and RMS has not provided: Proof that the debt is valid and belongs to me. Documentation of their legal right to collect the debt. An explanation of the amount owed and how it was calculated. Additionally, under 15 U.S. Code 1681e(b) and 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2(a) (1)(A), creditors and debt collectors are required to ensure the accuracy of information reported to credit bureaus. If they are unable to provide documentation proving that this debt is valid, they are obligated to remove it from my credit report. Their refusal to admit or deny any interaction with me, combined with their failure to provide validation, raises further concerns about their compliance with both the ***** and the ****. I kindly ask RMS to provide detailed validation of this debt, including: 1. Documentation from *************************** confirming this debt. 2.       I submitted my complaint myself, ****** ****** Sr. *** stated on my credit report that I owe them 120 dollars. I do not know where this come from. I did not sign no contract with ***, *** do not have nothing with my signature on it. I sent *** a letter asking for the original contract to validated this issue at hand. I been called numerous times about a unknown debt from ***, which just appeared on my Credit report.

      I ****** ******, requested RMS to send my a signed contract that they had with me and RMS could not provide one. RMS sent back paperwork, that I attached from Columbia Collage which I attended for free. VA and GI Bill paid 100% for my college fee. This stuff from RMS again just appeared on my credit report. Any debt was paid in full to Columbia Collage. I attached proof..

      Recovery management services has been reporting on my credit report and I have never done business with them or signed any form of contract or agreement with them. I contacted them about this debt and requested documents over 2 months now by certified mail and they refused to respond back. I ask for verification of debt they can't provide me with it.

      I have never attended *************. I have a degree from *********************************. I have never took a class, and if my name is on their records its FRAUD. I have never went to this school, this was on my report before and it was finally taken off and then they put it back AGAIN!! This is the second time I am fighting this to be taken off my report as a fraudulent account. I have disputed multiple times with no action being done.
