Recovery management services has been reporting on my credit report and I have never done business with them or signed any form of contract or agreement with them. I contacted them about this debt and requested documents over 2 months now by certified mail and they refused to respond back. I ask for verification of debt they can't provide me with it.Initial Complaint

Our company acknowledges your correspondence regarding an individual who contacted BBB. Unfortunately,federal law prohibits us from providing a robust response. In fact, we are unable to even admit or deny whether our company had any interaction with the individual who contacted you. We do state that the claim set out in your correspondence is denied. I have never attended *************. I have a degree from *********************************. I have never took a class, and if my name is on their records its FRAUD. I have never went to this school, this was on my report before and it was finally taken off and then they put it back AGAIN!! This is the second time I am fighting this to be taken off my report as a fraudulent account. I have disputed multiple times with no action being done.Business response

I AM NOT LIABLE FOR THIS DEBT WITH 07 STATE ********** OF NEW YORK I DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH RECOVERY MANAGEMENT SERV. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AS I REQUESTED.
