On 2/19/2024 I received a call from RMS stating they were calling on behalf of my brother and needed to for me to sign some legal documents. I asked them how did they get my information and they stated that my brother listed me as a contact. When I requested to know where they were calling from, they responded RMS. I asked what the acronym stood for and they responded "nothing, just RMS" They again lied and stated that my brother gave them my information. This triggered me, as my brother has been deceased since 2012 and would not have had my current cell number. This is very upsetting and I need for them to stop calling me and remove my number from their calling list. One person that I spoke with *******, was very rude and stated "Its not rocket science, and that it was the court who listed you on the legal document".

This company is debiting money from my checking account. It started in March 2023 taking $240.00, April taking $760, and then withdrawing $360 a month until present. The bank gave me the phone and I contacted the company today. They stated they have the wrong email but are unable to change it. They have my wife as company owner, she is not. The person that I spoke with said that we are not using any of the services that we are paying for, but they are unable to stop the transaction. They are unable to give me our merchant id. because that needs to be emailed and I would need to start a web request, but I can't do that without a merchant id. We are unable to stop payments or get our money back or talk to a supervisor.

I am rejecting this response because:

Thank you for your response. Attached please find the cancellation letter to confirm the account was to be closed in 2022.
The screen shot from  iaccess does in fact show that there had been no transactions because we are no longer using your service.  But if you go to the statement tab on iaccess you will see that there are statement beginning in February 2023 for services that were not requested or used by our company.  I have attached the statements and a letter from that bank that confirm the money has been deducted from our bank account.
Our original request has been amended to return to us $4140.00,which is the amount so far deducted from our account and any further amount deducted after the December statement.  You will notice the merchant account number and bank account number are the same and have never been changed.

I was unable to zip in the rest of the statements, they are available upon further request.  The amounts are reflected in the bank letter, the amounts are also in iaccess under the statement tab.

Numerous phone calls have been made to try and resolve this matter, all responded with a promise of a return phone call or email.  None have been received.

Thank you for your prompt assistance with this.

I am rejecting this response because: We were given the phone number by our bank for the company that was withdrawing money from our account.  We called that number and spoke with ******* from *********, who spelled the company name for me and confirmed that the account was open and billing and that we were not using the services.  He said that he would get in touch with a supervisor and they would call us back and we have not heard from them.  I don't know who RMS is or have any contact information for them.

      Sincerely,

I am being repeatedly contacted by this company for a debt I have no idea about. I have no debts and owe no one anything. This company has been asked REPEATEDLY to provide legal documentation substantiating this debt they are requesting. I have been given a bill for $5000 THREE times with no explanation or contract showing why I owe this. You cannot just simply send someone a bill without proof that they owe this. I still believe this company is some sort of scam. Please provide me the LEGAL CONTRACT substantiating your claim (you won't be able to do this because I owe nothing to anyone or you have the wrong person so good luck) or cease and desist from any and all contact or I will escalate this on my end.

I am at a loss at how unprofessional RMS is. Like a lot of people COVID took a toll financially on me. I called today 1/12/2024 to set up a payment plan to pay back the collections at RMS. The lady was so rude and talked down on me for not calling before now. They had my number and address wrong and I had to correct them. They acted like I was dirt under their shoe for asking for a payment plan I could afford. Then they hung up on me. Two times I called and was more than polite just to be talked to like that and hung up on.

I was contacted by this company about an alleged debt. I spoke with ******, and when I questioned about receiving communication from another agency about this account, she advised that they were the only company addressing this debt. I questioned this twice then called back a third time after receiving communication that on another company about this debt. While I already filed a dispute on this claim, I have little faith that Ms. ****** is addressing it fairly and impartially. I requested to speak to a supervisor and she refused. I request to speak to any other agent, she refused. I am concerned that this interaction and the unprofessional, unethical, and deceptive practice of this agency will negatively impact me.
