On 12.7.24 I placed an online order of 3 items for a gift. On 12.18.24 delivery was received throughDHL but when I opened package only 2 items were included - the 3rd was missing. I have made multiple online attempts through Pacas website to either be reimbursed or have the item shipped. I have not received any response to any of the many attempts to seek resolution. On December 15th 2024 I placed an order (#******) for several socks to gift to relatives. When I got my order I had two main issues, one the socks packs I ordered did not arrive (4 ******************************** Pacas Socks), also one of the pairs of socks I bought for my husband (4 ***************** Pacas Socks) had different size and colors. I wrote an email message to their support staff on December 24th and got an automated message, I sent a second message on December 26th with no reply. On 1/11/2025, I placed an order on ************************** for one 4-pack of women's compression socks, one 3-pack of women's compression socks, and one 6-pack of women's crew socks. I paid using a combination of a Pacas gift card and my credit card. I received the wrong merchandise which included no-show socks and a few crew socks (what I received was of significantly lesser value and quantity than what I ordered). I placed an order with Pacas socks on 12/12/24. I did not received an email indicating that my purchase of 3 pairs of woman's socks and three pairs of men's socks. At the time of the order on 12/12 the website indicated that shipping was 3-5 business days. On 12/20 I emailed support and never received a response but an email that said order shipped. Then I received an email stating the socks would arrive after Christmas. The woman's socks arrived late Christmas Eve but I never received the men's socks. I emailed support on 12/26, received an email that they'd look into it. I haven't received a response. I email again on 01/09 and to date have not received a reply.Initial Complaint

My complaint involves a purchase from PACAS socks on 12/20/24. I purchased 5 packs of womens socks totaling ******. I received part of my order around 12/27/24. Two packs of socks were missing totalling *****. I contacted PACAS multiple times via email with no response received to date. I attempted to dispute the transaction through ****** . Ordered 4 packages of mens socks and 1 package of womens socks in order # ****** on December 15th with expedited shipping. I did not receive by Christmas as expected. Initial shipping email received on 12/21 but tracking number did not work. When I reached out to Pacas about my order on 12/30 and not receiving by Christmas they refunded the expedited shipping and indicated the order was in route for delivery, again without a valid shipping number from ***. On 1/11/25 I reached out again and received standard email response of thanks for email and ticket is being routes to support. I had requested either the products that I ordered or a full refund. To date there has been no response. I have also tried calling and they do not ever answer the phone. I would like my socks with a valid tracking number or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered from Pacas on December 13th. The cost of the order is $60.10. It was to be sent to my daughter in ********, OR. I received a message saying it was delayed as they didn't have the correct address. I corrected the delivery address. As of December 30th the website stated it was out for delivery. It still has not been delivered or my money has not been refunded. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I have also called numerous times with no response. I ordered a four pack of socks as a Christmas gift in December. The original socks I received were too small, but so I reached out for an exchange. They provided the exchange quickly, however, the socks that they sent also did not fit. After reaching out for a return on 12/27 they provided me with a return label on 1/2. I sent the items back the next day, 1/3. It has now been almost a month and I have reached out on numerous occasions to follow up on the status of my refund, only to be ghosted.
