    I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I did receive the socks I ordered. However, they are too tight fitting for my comfort. I am trying to return them and get a refund. You have to email support to get your return approved. What company does that? It has been 3 days and I have heard nothing! Any reputable company would respond within 24 hours. They are obviously not a reputable company. I recommend you stay far away from Pacas!

    BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order on 12/17/24 for 3 pairs of women's socks and 3 pairs of men's socks. Around January 6th I finally received my order but it only included the 3 pairs of men's socks. I've been writing in to their custom service about 3-4 times and still haven't received any satisfaction or proper response. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I placed an order Dec. 16th, in good faith and they put it on my ***** I checked with the delivery carrier, *** and they show it never left the plant. Jan. 16th no socks and I am out $56.75 (US $$)The phone number is not in service! Very disappointed and would not buy from them. I am in *******, ******.

    Pacas has not answered my emails regarding an error in my order. Only half was filled. I have sent 6 emails and there has been no reply in a week. I will never buy from them again and I urge others to do the same.

    I wish I would have done research on this company prior to my purchase. I purchased one sweater and four pairs of gloves to give as Christmas gifts. I decided to keep one pair of gloves for myself. The first time I wore them, I noticed one glove had a hole. I have attempted to contact their customer support team several times; email, ********, Instagram. Conveniently, they do not have a phone number listed. I have yet to receive a reply from them. From the research I have now done (better late than never) this is a common a practice for this company. Shame on them for defrauding the very people that wanted to support this business. They dont deserve the single star rating, but a no star rating was not an option.

    Pacas has failed to respond to my emails to their support channel. I ordered socks and a sweater prior to Christmas and did receive the socks I ordered, but they have failed to respond to multiple emails regarding the fact that a $98 sweater I ordered was not in the order. The shipping email indicated that everything was in the package, but the sweater was not included. There is no phone number provided for support or ordering so I have no other way to contact them. Had I checked the BBB rating for this company I clearly would not have ordered from them.I think their product is not as sturdy as other wool/alpaca socks and with their lack of response I cannot possibly recommend this company. I will avoid them in the future and recommend that others heed this warning. If I could leave zero stars, I would

    Pacas has failed to respond to both Support messages online or messages on the phone regarding socks returned to them in error. Their lack of **************** support is laughable.

    I placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and the order status has not changed. Ive emailed customer service multiple times and have not received a response. Theres no other way that I can find to contact them. Very frustrating!
