So mad I have to leave a star. They don't deserve a star. I started getting the unofficial letters printed on cheap fax paper in the mail. Regarding the ***lacement of airbags in a vehicle I previously owned. It's been 2 years since I owned the vehicle. It was traded in back in 2022. I've told **** this after calling and requesting my information be removed. Because I no longer own the vehicle. It seems like after you call and give the recall ID. Automatically another letter is generated and sent out. I have a dozen letters. All after I've requested to have my information removed online @ (Repair.SafeAirbags.com/audi). I was told it would be removed there for certain by the customer service ***resentative. Then a couple days later. I'm receiving another letter. I spoke with a *** 1 of the 12 times. I've called. I should go to the website and request to stop being harassed bout the vehicle I don't own any longer. I've requested my information be removed 3 seperate ***** ******. I just received another letter today. This has become a harrasing situation with a company. That will disregard an individuals wishes to stop being contacted about their services. I'm told my information will be removed. But it never happens. I didn't have business with them previously. So there is no reason for the 3rd party company to the dealership. I don't need services and don't want to be contacted is to hard to comprehend.

I keep getting the recall letters for my 2008 **** Mustang. Funny, I have NEVER owned nor even driven a mustang from ANY model year. Their site does not provide for a contact other than calling and if I do so, the person on the other end of the line will cry or kill themselves when I'm done lambasting them over this constant harassment. The letters are addressed to me personally, so its not just spam to my address. Since I moved to TN in 21, each address has been targeted. I hate that the US *********** continues to allow this kind of garbage to even make it passed their gates. Of course, they can't even get other peoples' mail from finding its way into my mailbox, so what more should I expect.

Im pretty sure this is a scam that got me. Called them to set up appointment to get my car fixed. After collecting my info they were going to order the parts and call me back. Never happened yet the continue to harass me with these bogus letters.

If I could give them NO stars I would. They have been mailing recall letters to 2 people I don't even know, who may or may not have lived at my address but not since October 2014 when it became my house. It's March 2023. I've asked that they stop mailing things here as it's now become harassment- 2 letters EVERY month. I located their customers' current address, taken the time to call this company with it, and STILL they send the recall letters here. If they really cared a bit about their customers, they'd be listening!

I sold this vehicle 6 years ago, and have told safeairbags.com numerous time. However they keep sending messages about the airbags. This nusence needs to stop.
