I am 73 years old. In 1984 I deposited $2,000 in ******* ***** **** for retirement. Interest rates were very attractive and I extended my rate for 5 years, the maximum they allowed. Some time in the late 90's ***** ******* **** purchased ******* ***** ****. I left my CD there and rolled it over as the years went by. The interest rate was always favorable as rates dropped to Zero in 2021. My Maturity rate on my CD was November 24th, 2024. It was about to mature and rates were now higher than what he bank was paying. The maturity rate they offered was .76%. The treasury was paying 5.5% but Old National decided they wished to steal my money. No sense in treating a customer well. I failed to call or notify the bank I did not wish to roll the CD over but instead I wished to cash it. On or about 11/26 I caught the mistake and called the numbers listed. I spoke to no less than 4 people. One was totally useless. It was discovered since I had moved my address was incorrect in their system. I received a letter from them dated November 1st at my current address. How could it be wrong? After about 3 attempts to cash my CD and have them send me the money, on the third attempt someone said you have to go into a branch since my address was wrong. I went into the Knoxville branch and explained my situation. They agreed to cash my CD. However, the penalty was $546.00. After 41 tears the CD was only worth $5,200. So, because I was two days late and their system was screwed up, they charged me more interest than I had earned in 6-7 years. I was very clam, told the staff this was wrong and what a sad situation it was. So, in my opinion, Old National Bank is screwed up and if THEY screw up be prepared to pay dearly. Shame on this group! Banking does not mean robbing customers. I now have a new found respect for bank robbers. I had to leave a star rating. I wished to give them ZERO. Caveat emptor!Old National Bank

On Wednesday ******** **** I had an extremely disappointing experience at Old National Bank ** *** * **** ****** ** ***** **** with the branch manager ********* ******. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but outright rude. Instead of providing quality customer service, she spoke to me in a condescending manner, constantly interrupting me when I was just asking for their company policy pertaining to their identification policies and offered completely inaccurate legal advice. I got a ride just to stop in for a print out of my transactions over the past 60 days because I'm not the only one on the account & for tax purposes I needed this information. I came in with my account number but admittedly did not have my driver's license due to it being back at my office. During our conversation, the branch manager insisted that I must have a driver’s license even if I am simply walking down the street—an absurd and legally incorrect statement. I advised her that I'm prior law enforcement & that what she said was absolutely inaccurate & that company policy is NOT Indiana law. When I pointed this out, she dismissively responded that, "as someone with prior law enforcement experience, you should know that." Not only was this comment inappropriate & inaccurate, but it also showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of the law. A bank manager should be focused on assisting customers with their banking needs, not handing out false legal claims with a disrespectful attitude. I expected a higher level of competence and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I strongly urge Old National bank to provide proper training in both customer service and professionalism, as interactions like these reflect poorly on the institution as a whole. Indiana does not have a "stop and identify" law that requires pedestrians to present ID upon request by police unless they are reasonably suspected of committing a crime. I would not recommend.Old National Bank

1 starI have NEVER seen a bank with this poor customer service. I have been trying for weeks to register my vehicle in Michigan, and they completely refuse to work with the state (or the state laws) to allow me to register my vehicle. They are not in compliance with state laws and should not be allowed to do business in Michigan and most likely not within the US. I have spoken to their customer service, but due to it being off-shored to people who do not understand how vehicle registration works, I have made no progress getting them to send the required documentation to the state of Michigan. Even the officials here in Michigan are in disbelief that Old National Bank will not allow a vehicle they hold the loan for to be registered. I wish the dealership never used them and will be reaching out to encourage them never to use Old National Bank again - it is bad for customers. *** *** ***** ** **** ** ********* ****Review fromTanya W

1 starConcerning and helpful advice for customers……..Stay far away from the Old National Bank in ********** Indiana. The manager is very diabolical, LIES daily and does not know how to manage the branch and treat customers properly. He lies to customers and employees constantly!!! The complaints about his customer service and his demeanor comes in from customers on a daily basis. He is lazy, and will stop at nothing to try and make himself look better. It’s a really ran down branch/office by the manager who has extreme confusion and will treat customer's and staff poorly to benefit himself in every way. Stay away. You will regret walking into the office from the moment you open the door. Stay away please. It is the worst branch office I have EVER experienced.Review fromParvez pasha M

Old national bank is an absolute pain for any hard working individual. They give you the run around and hold money for days at time. If you work late Monday-Friday pay day on Friday and deposit your check Friday don’t expect access to your money until the following Monday. So any bills do that weekend will overdraft and you’ll be charged an overdraft fee. Absolutely terrible banking institute. Wish my bank would have never partnered with them.Old National Bank

4 stars. As I looked more closely at those payments they withdrew, I am near in shock how they at times, several times in the past 8 months or more, I have been charged $80 of interest, over my principal payment? This being an extra $50 more interest or more than they credited me for my principal payments. Example" $80 interest, principal, $30. Approximately. Or even, an extra interest charge now, at $80 more than the principal paid. This is just strange. I thought, and I do believe I am correct, for almost every month in the past year, the difference in those monthly interest charges was only $25 or so, over the principal amount?. Wow, now --have they changed these figures long after the figures I "thought" I saw in those past several payment months--I see something shockingly different? How can I now see charges of a difference of $80, over, the principal payments? Again, *do they have the authority to reach back into your checking account and change those interest charges? *What is going on and how can they charge the extra $50 or more, now, than they charged a full year ago or even longer than a year? It disturbs my common sense to find this mess. A mess of higher charges with NO explanation given to me, by phone or any email. Nothing? They goofed before--you can check that yourself--so why not again? The answer for this seems to be quite disturbing? At least, respect your reliable paying customer with some scrutiny when you must or do charge those extra $50 charges of interest Is this all covered by Old National robots? Even if so, I see no excuse. [again] I cannot be expected to watch every dime and dollar to be double checked for accuracy of where they go and if those figures are correct?. I am not the professional here. Now, I have to wonder, just who is governing my Equity loan to ensure me they are doing their best to conduct themselves in a professional manner? Thank you, Thomas * ******Review fromKathy M
