I hired him on a recommendation but I should have considered the source prior to doing so. I own a home in ************ *******. He showed up in a pickup truck with no company insignia, no materials to complete the work, made 2 trips to *********** ******* to obtain needed materials, did not secure the piping that he installed so poorly that it is loose to the touch. He tells me that there was no charge for the additional trips and asks to come back a second day to tidy up as he put it. Myself thinking that he would secure everything he installed that second day, I allowed him to come back.He then replaces a pipe that I specifically told him to leave in place but didnt bother with the rest of the securing of newly installed pipes. About a week later I get a bill for $870 in which he charged me for 25 of pipe that I helped him carry back out *********************************** the bed of his pick up truck. I then sent him a video of all the loose and shoddy piping he left in his wake. And kindly reminded him he told me no charge on the additional trips to ***********. He dropped it down to $570. He spent 2 hours going back n forth to ***********, another hour and half reorganizing his truck looking for the parts he ended up driving to *********** for, overcharged me for parts he could have got at Ace Hardware in ************ and ultimately walked out with probably most of it.My family business of ********************************************************** depth knowledge of quality craftsmanship. this company is far from it. Run dont walk away from this outfit!
