          On August 12th, 2022, BBB Serving Northern Indiana reached out to Pro Pool & Billiards regarding a pattern of complaint on file. Specifically, consumers allege:

          •             business accepts payment and does not start or complete the work.
          •             business does not complete the work satisfactorily. 
          •             business does not respond to phone calls or other forms of contact.

          BBB sent e-mails on 8/12, 8/30, and 9/16. BBB sent certified letter 9/16. BBB left voicemail on 9/12/22. This matter has been closed as BBB has had no response from Pro Pool & Billiards.

            In September of 2021, I hire a contractor Pro Pool & Billiards (owner *************************) to install a new inground pool. I signed a contract and wrote a check $14,600.00 as the deposit. This was to order all the supplies and equipment need for the install. In December, per company owner the supplies were delivered, and need the next installment of $20,000.00 to start the dig. The following the excavation was started, but never finished. I have never received any of the supplies, no further work was performed and the contractor now states he can not finish because he doesn't have any of the money. The contractor stated that he spent the money that was allotted to complete the work. The contractor will no longer ************* and I have since found out that he has done this to two other individuals over the past few months and is still doing to other people.
