    On Feb 2. 2022 moved into cheswick village at that time I was told I'd receive a dishwasher by that Friday and the screendoor was broken. Received that dishwasher late march. ******* that time I began to notice the lack of staff and communication on their end. Because of this for a month and a half I couldnt wash dishes because somehow the drain/water connection was installed to connect to a dishwasher and the sink underneath would leak and flood the kitchen. I called serval times about this issue this no answer. Once I got a representative I told her my issue(s) and it was resolved about 2weeks later however the dishwasher itself is malfunctioning. It recycles the dirty dish water from the sink and it also doesn't drain properly. It leaks out of the bottom ( again flooding the kitchen floor when it's operating and the water is stalled at the bottom. I spoke to her about this as well as the double charge for water use and a light **** explaining I have been here to use the water for the reasons above and I've had a light service with the electric company. The answer I received continuously was check your account ( online) as if that explains why I was getting these charges. I called again when I received a warning of 10 day notice to vacate if the **** wasn't paid as well as the violation of the lease agreement concerning the light company. However no answer again. I noticed that my back door storage had been gotten into and somethings had been stolen. I tried reaching the apartments again with no avail. I finally reach someone ( Kenda) who explained she was from corporate and could help resolve my issues. That she understood that I had just moved in, that there was no staff in the office (at this time) so move to a unit closer to the office would not help, and that my maintenance issues were still ongoing but they only have one maintenance person. That this point I wanted to break my lease because of safety concerns, lack of communication, lack of staff.

    I moved in the apartment sight unseen on March 19, 2021. I asked repeatedly to have the flooring fixed in the master bedroom and was always told that they had to get approval from the regional manager. The regional manager never approved. It was time for my lease renewal and finally I speak to the regional. She expressed that she didn't think that it was a big deal but she would get it fixed. Less than 24 hours later now I have 37 days to move out because of activities at my home. She told me she would not tell me what activities and I could not get her manager number I just needed to move. I have never had a noise complaint, never had police called or any other complaints but since I final got to speak to her and she couldn't tell me no when we were on the phone she decided to basically evict me without an explanation. They are basically refusing to renew my lease because they have to fix a floor that they knew wasn't safe when I signed the lease and now they have no property manager and she has to do all the work. The job is to expensive and they rather just evict me instead.
