    We have been a customer for several years and love their service. They installed our HVAC system in 2017 and they have been maintaining it ever since.

    Misleading, they talked to me about an ******************* plan and if one is chosen then the visit fee would be waived, they talked to me about the the fee that would incur if I didnt choose one of the essential plans, but never mentioned the fact that if you dont purchase the home care plan over the phone then the fee couldnt be waived after the technician got to your home, was not accommodating with this issue and they will not issue a refund.Indianapolis,IN.     Horrific customer service! They are in the business of telling the customer whatever it takes to get them off the phone. They make false promises. Each tech that is sent out has their own theory as to what the problem is, attempts to fix it (only for the original problem to reoccur), and they blame the previous tech.The customer service reps give a time frame that is not accurate at all. The tech will come out 2-3 hours after the promised time frame. It seems that because we are under a builder warranty, we are not getting optimal service. They don't care because they still get paid so they don't try to actually fix the problem. Clearly the owners of this pathetic company don't care because there are countless other similar negative reviews. So sad! Maybe the local news station needs a phone call to expose what's going on.

    Definitely dont deserve any stars ************ installed their system in my home (new build) two years ago. I Called in to schedule an emergency appointment because me and the kids had no heat and were running off emergency heat. I was hung up on twice. Called back to try to leave a voicemail, voicemail box was full so you know they dont check that. Called in again, explained the situation of why a tech from another company couldnt finish his job because Airtron put locks on my heat pump and they cant get to it. The lady (first call before she hung up on me) said that other companies should have a universal key to unlock it. Fourth call, she then says not all companies have a key. I try scheduling for someone to come out ASAP so Im not on emergency heat for too long, they dont have any availability until almost a week later! Charged me UP FRONT for the diagnostic fee and then told me she wasnt sure if the tech would take those locks off and put caps on for me. They definitely dont offer 24/7 emergency service.

    I built new house five years ago they did Hvac in it my cousin came look at my furnace bec for third time it was leaking water ruined my 2k floor he told me my furnace undersized and my return was to small and I should had more than one brand new house shouldnt have these issues those guys are obviously clueless

    If I could give them 0 stars I would. The customer service at the call sender is horrible and they lied to me twice to get me off the phone. Both reps said someone would contact me- one said wait ********************************************************************** and to wait. When I spoke with the supervisor she said when I called the first time they had cut off calls to reps and I would not review a call. In less than a year (Oct 22-July 5) the furnace went out and now the ** wont come out of recovery mode and wont go down past 77. They do not care, the customer service at the call center is horrible, products ****.

    ***************** is referencing a mistake that a third party after hours call center made the evening of 7/5/22. The *********** manager at Airtron spoke with ***************** the next day(7/6/22) and explained the circumstances, apologized for her experience with the third party after hours call center, and offered service. ***************** explained that her thermostat was working fine and no longer needed our assistance. The call center manager asked ***************** to watch her stat and if she had ANY other issues with it or anything else to please give Airtron a call and we would be happy to assist her.
