This hotel is dirty. The beds are not queen size as advertised. There were bugs and chips on the room floor the bed looked as if someone bleed all on the mattress and there was red stuff on the sheets and what looks to be ink all on the floor. I paid cash with the exception of the deposit. We were not in the room for 5 minutes the clerk refused to give me a refund of the cash and refused to allow me to speak to a manager advising the manager was off duty. Then he started accusing me of threatening him when there are cameras because I am black. He refused to give us a business card or anything.

Stayed there a week ago had to change rooms 3 different times to still not recieve a clean room but since my mother who is disabled needed to rest and we already paid online we stayed anyway. Management didnt care about the cleanliness of the rooms or the fact that things were literally falling off the walls! I have pictures I will be uploading to other sites as a review! They promised me a full refund as the room we ended up with was still dirty dead roaches dirty bed and tv that didnt work among other problems! Well still have yet to recieve an email from district manager about my stay or refund or my other refund since they charged me twice! This place is an absolute joke if my disabled mother didnt need to rest in that moment we would have left! I do NOT recommend this place and it needs to be shut down! Stolen photos from other motel/hotels on website!!! Dirty showers and toilets -I didnt even use the bathroom while there I went to a near by gas station in the morning! There were holes in the walls and the one room they tired to give us you could see in the room with the door being shut as the frame was so far bent! Someone needs to go out and inspect this place because it needs to be shut down!!!

Needs a negative review -and demolished! All of their media shows nice, bright, clean rooms. This is so misleading! The photos are not from this motel. No smoking motel, yet all of the rooms have cigarette ***** in the already trashed and stained carpet. Our toilet had not even been flushed, hair in the shower drain, mirrors not clean, holes in walls, rodent f**** on the floor behind the nightstand, cobwebs in every corner, picture above the bed had been stolen or removed and nothing replaced in that spot. Listing states that there is a **************** fridge. Our room had neither. Phone did not work, cable tv did not work. I was afraid to even sleep there. Hookers and drug dealers in the hallway. Parking lot full of trash. Only about 10 cars in the lot, yet they had no other available rooms??!! We got a few hours of sleep (on top of the bedding- as I was afraid to even look at the sheets) and left at 3am.
