** and **************,Our extensive kitchen remodel required knowledge of demolition and an expertise in a variety of trades. They (**** and ****) were also equipped with the ability to haul off waste products without having to put a container on the property which would have been difficult given our community parking situation. Whether it was plumbing, electrical (complex or undercabinet style lighting with ***** connections), heating, rough and trim carpentry with complex cuts, drywall, painting, you name it they could handle it. We did not have to have to try to schedule a bunch of different subcontractors, which made everything run smoothly. If we had a question, they had the answer. They also don't schedule a bunch of jobs at the same time so you could count on them showing up.

I have worked with **** and **** of Remarkable Remodels 5 plus years now. As a General Contractor in the Remodel business 38 years myself, I have partnered with **** and **** on many home remodel projects where they have consistently proven themselves professional in every aspect of the projects. Occasionally on remodel projects it is not uncommon to run into something unexpected. On the occasion this has occurred while we were working together on a project Remarkable priced the additional work very fairly. I've enjoyed working with this good father-son duo. They do quality work at a fair price. They refinished my garage walls and ceilings that were peeling and cracking extensively. They also repaired a room in the basement that suffered water damage with new flooring, wall repair and painting. And they've tackles in between some smaller project that have just bugged me around the house. Next, they'll be working on a kitchen upgrade. I think they're great.Remarkable Remodels LLC Response
