Do NOT by a car here. Their integrity in business is awful and they cant be trusted I purchased a car in mid to late December 2023. Within two weeks of my purchase I have 5-6 warnings lights on and most importantly the headlights went out while driving. Very scary experience. My initially contact with the dealership (during the first two weeks) I was spoken to very rudely. I left a ****** review and the store manager reached out immediately. He apologized for how I was treated, told me he would schedule a loaner car, and diagnose the car. I was shocked how many times he asked me to remove my review. I told him after he followed through on his promises I would. I called the following business today after checking my schedule to bring the car in (the dealership is not in my city). Since, I called almost everyday for two weeks. I would leave a message with an employee or a voicemail getting the same result. NOT ONE CALL BACK. Im also unable to reach the salesman because he no longer works there. This dealership cannot be trusted. Their relationships are fake (only nice until to buy). Stay away.

I took my Hyundai ******** in to have the manufacturer under body rust protection put on as I had received a notice from manufacturer. While there they did a point inspection and said my break pads were only at 2 and 1 mm and needed replaced very soon. Also one of the brake calipers had locked up and needed replaced. Since this dealership now charges an extra 3% to use a credit card, I took my car to another dealership for service. They looked at the brake pads and said they were at 6 and 5mm and did not need replaced yet but the caliper was still an issue. I feel like BR Hyundai lied about the brake pads and are not trustworthy. I advise caution on services this dealership recommends.

The dealership forced me to buy add on service for a new car that I did not want. They said they cannot sell the new vehicle without the service. My wife loved the car, so we agreed on the addon which is a ******* service for $2995 and lowjack for $550. They also said that they will throw in smart driver for free. When they printed out the purchase agreement all numbers were switched around. They said that they had to play with numbers to get to the agreed price. When I came back with the check from the bank, the ******* deal we agreed on was not in the deal it was a their basic package for $995. It wasnt what we agreed on I didnt think much of it as they said that they played with numbers to come to the agreed price. They also charged me for smart driver $1415. So, basically they forced us to buy things that we didnt need and when we agreed on a price they switched the deal around. This is just flat out cheating the customer. The mistake I made was not walking out of the dealership.

Mr. ********* am sorry you feel that numbers were switched around on you. We put an addendum on our premium vehicles to the market. Many dealerships are using just a Market Adjustment and consumer is getting nothing. The GV70 is a premium vehicle in the current market. During negotiations, we reached your agreement of $43,000 total cost to you and provided a purchase agreement to take to your bank after discussing the numbers and how we were reaching your agreement. Even day of purchase after you left and returned with title for your trade, we offered to back out the deal, but you left in the GV70. Days after purchase, you discussed a meeting time with me and never showed. If needing to discuss further please reach out to me directly at *****************************************

It was true that you offered to take back but I didnt want to make that decision without talking to my wife first she had already gone to work. I signed the papers without she being there. So, I needed to first discuss with her, it is her car and money. I was just there to sign the papers. She makes the ultimate decision. You guys were closed Sunday.. I had work obligations on Monday and Tuesday. I contacted you guys on Wednesday. Yes, with regard to meeting the salesman said 3pm. I was not available at 3pm I offered to meet at 4:00 or even 5:30 pm. He never replied back. So, I had called **** ********************** and left message never heard anything back. I had emailed **** this morning regarding the transaction.

The company sold me a car with a broken AC. It will cost me $954 to fix the issue. The company has to reach back out to me regarding the matter of selling me a car that was not fully inspected before purchase. It has been nearly a month and a half since purchase.

There were more issues found on the vehicle and the dealership is ignoring my calls and emails. I am now at $2000 in repairs.
