Run a total scam, use incorrect parts and refuse to fix the issue

Hello, thank you for reaching out regarding the issues with your phone! We understand the concern regarding replacement parts being used. Unfortunately, per Apple's policies for all third-party refurbishment companies, we are unable to use original parts for repairs. In the event the phone is repaired by our team, not Apple, third -party parts must be used. That said, upon review we see that the phone was taken to an outside repair shop and you paid for repairs prior to reaching out to us. We would have been happy to help if these outside repairs were not completed, as we do offer free resolutions to all our customers who are within the warranty period! Unfortunately, all outside repairs void all warranties on our devices. As such, we cannot assist with this order any longer. While we understand this is an inconvenience, I hope you can understand why we are unable to provide financial compensation for outside repairs that we did not agree to. In the future, we recommend that technical issues are discussed with sellers before outside steps are taken for repairs. We appreciate your understanding regarding our decision in this matter. This is a fraudulent buisiness I would not be surprised if their 5 star reviews are from people who work there . I had a very bad interaction with them lying and stealing 400$ for a phone I never received . On eBay the wrong shipping address was clicked literally in 5 minutes I requested to either 1. Cancel and reorder to correct address or 2 simply change shipping address . In all my years buying online neither has EVER been an issue . I was always able to at least change to the correct address . NO neither was allowed they forced me to pay for a phone that went to my old address from 2 years ago someone got a free phone and I lost 400$ . eBay is even siding with them saying the phone was delivered via tracking YEs to a wrong address . After researching their reviews I see they sell broken phones for top dollar and don’t allow people to get refunds on the merch . SO that would make sense why they did not want to change the address it was broken crap and I’d complain and want to return it so 100% made a sale - no issues for them ! I lose money . I called fed ex I called eBay no one would help . This has NEVER happened to me before and on such a high price item eBay should stick to their buyer protection rule which is “you don’t recieve the item you get a refund period “ they closed the case saying I got a refund I’ll also make a BBb review for eBay 1 star / they are allowing me to be literally robbed and are not allowing me a refund or any recourse and they can see the time stamps on my interactions with the sellers who actually LIED saying the item was shipping when it was not it was shipping out the next day ! They could have EaSILY changed Address who does not do that as a SELLER !!!!!! Frauds !!!!! So I lost 400$ to these total scammers look them up online so many bad reviews shame !!!!!!! I think their 5 star reviews are from people who work there ! These people are LAmE !!!

Per eBay's policies, the buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information upon checkout. In those policies, they do state that it may not be possible for sellers to cancel orders or change addresses once an order has been placed. Unfortunately, our system processes orders within 1-2 minutes of them being placed. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. We also are unable to change addresses on orders due to eBay's guidelines, which state that protections on the order will be lost if the seller changes the address on the order after the order is placed. Given that we regularly sell devices that are very expensive, such requests for address changes are denied to keep the protections in place. In addition, we have over 100,000 positive reviews on eBay. We are a small company and do not have anywhere close to that number of employees. In addition, employees can submit direct orders with us and, as a result, do not purchase from us through eBay, which means they cannot leave any reviews for us on eBay's platform. Only customers who purchased orders through eBay are able to leave feedback for us. Finally, we attempted to find your order in our system to review how this case was handled on our end, but your name and zip code do not pull up an orders with us. We have checked with both your first and last name. If you would like us to example your order a second time to confirm the outcome of the case, we will need the name and zip code on the order. REFUND FROM SUPPLYTRONICS BOUNCES! I've been trying for the last 10 days to get my refund of $367.11 from this company. The deposit was pending in my bank account yesterday, and gone today. My bank says the refund didn't clear...in other words, the refund bounced. On 9/27 I ordered a phone off of Back Market thinking I'd lost my own phone. An hour later I found my phone and canceled my order. Per BM, the phone was already shipped. BS! I shipped the phone back to Supplytronics on 9/30, and on 9/5 they issued a bogus refund to my bank account. I begged both BM and Supplytronics to refund my money ASAP. I have surgery scheduled in 3 days and I desperately need my money back to pay for hospital expenses. I will take legal action if I'm forced to cancel my surgery. I've already filed a claim with Wells Fargo, and will file a fraud claim by the end of the day. Back Market and Supplytronics are not worth the deal. BAD BUSINESS!
