    As a commercial gym in business for 18+ years, we invested $12K+ in a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna, expecting a high-quality product. Instead, we’ve encountered multiple serious issues that should never happen at this price point. Major Issues: 1. Red Light Panel Failure – Within just over a month, our red light panels flickered and we discovered every single red light bulb had burned out. Sunlighten admitted they don’t know why and simply offered new panels, requiring us to disassemble and reinstall them ourselves. 2. Incorrect & Damaged Wall Panel – After installing a friend’s Sunlighten 3-person sauna, we noticed our right-side wall was missing exterior lights. It also arrived cracked, and Sunlighten initially suggested sanding it down. Only after pushing back did they agree to replace it. 3. Difficult Installation & Lack of Quality Control – It took 4+ hours to install, only to find multiple defects that should have been caught before shipping. Now, we have to completely dismantle the sauna to replace their incorrect wall panel. Poor Customer Resolution: • No Explanation for Failures – Sunlighten acknowledged the red lights shouldn’t have failed but provided no real answer before sending replacements. • Minimal Compensation – They offered only $450, which does nothing to cover the time, labor, and frustration caused by their mistakes. • Reactive Customer Service – Instead of ensuring the unit was correct before shipping, they’ve made fixing their errors our responsibility. To make matters worse, we referred another commercial customer to Sunlighten, yet they’ve shown little effort in resolving our issues properly. A premium company should stand behind its product, take responsibility, and prioritize its customers—especially at this price point. For anyone considering Sunlighten, I’d think twice before investing. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and costly experience.

    Horrible, manipulative company that does not stand by its product. I have owned an MPulse for over a year and it haas NEVER worked correctly. I have followed up with customer service no less that 20 times. They have sent me multiple parts (that I have to install) and no success. After months I finally got them to agree to send a "service tech" to the house. What a joke. the guy knew almost nothing about the unit and had to be on with SUnlighens tech for an hour... and the guy left with our functioning unit not functioning at all..... after nearly 6 more weeks the second tech, far less knowledgable then the first" fixed the unit (near infrareds) and that SAME DAY they did not work AGAIN!!! Since them 5 follow up emails with ZERO response (5 weeks so far).

    Do not buy a sauna from this company. Their products are poorly made, and they do not stock replacement parts for when they break, which they likely will We bought an mPulse infrared sauna from Sunlighten in 2017 and spent a lot of money on it. In late 2023 or early 2024 it stopped heating to the temperatures you would expect in a sauna. Customer service initially told us to replace some of the heating panels, but that did not make any difference. When I finally got ahold of them again they told me the problem was almost certainly that the power box was no longer working. But they also told me they did not have any replacement power boxes. When I expressed deep disappointment that I had spent about $8,000 for product that was basically useless, they said the only thing they could do for me was give me 30% off a brand new sauna. I said that was not an acceptable solution -- why would I want to buy a new sauna from a company that made such a bad product and did not even keep replacement parts in stock. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The customer service rep promised me a supervisor would contact me. No supervisor ever did. I sent follow up emails asking for a supervisor to call me. No one ever did. As you can see from the other comments below, my problems were not unusual. The comments and my own experience is that this a company that makes bad products and provides lousy customer service.

    if you are running a business DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SAUNA. Take the time to read the reviews below this. It's not even worth the time explaining all of the issues over the last 9 months.

    I am awaiting a service response to the known issue with Amplify II Bluetooth connection. Company has yet to respond to email sent last week after spending a hour troubleshooting with rep. The owners do not have their email address published-not a good sign. RDD

    I purchased a sauna from Sunlighten, however it did not function as promised - it did not heat to 150 as advertised. After extensive back and forth, troubleshooting, and confirmation my setup was done correctly, they went silent on me. Suddenly, my emails were “undeliverable” and emails from my alternate email went unanswered- for weeks, until they closed my ticket “because I could not be reached.” Please avoid this company and their products

    Called 11 times in 6 hours, no voicemail. When I was finally able to answer they claimed they sold their great products to mostly cancer patients in recovery and those customers needed this kind of follow up. I called back to have my name removed and explained how I believed their tactics were despicable. The woman had the audacity to ask how they could still earn my business. This companies sales tactics are below bar. After my last call, I was called two more times. In total - 14 calls in 8 hours.

    I ordered an mPulse Aspire suana in July 2023, signed the sales/financial agreement, paid a $900 deposit during, waited through multiple shipping delays, received (November 2023) three months after first promised delivery date, and the Suana is not operational. The delivery was so late the first sales agreement expired. I was then threatened/pressured because I would not sign a new sales agreement until the sauna was operational. There was even an authorized attempt to take payment from American Express. After delivery Skyler sent a text saying the Sauna would not be delivered until I signed a new sales agreement. I told him it was in my den and not operational because the WiFi connection would not work. I was simply a returning customer asking to fix the Wi-Fi connection???? Apparently the Sauna will not work without WiFi. Who knew that was such a problem? I have experienced so much anxiety and pain due to their errors. I figure I did my due diligence, operated in good faith, and was very patient over the 5 months from payment to delivery. Since then Sunlighten has confirmed the WiFi connection is not operational. I honestly want the Sauna, but due to the pressure and guilt Skyler applied I am not so sure. The product is great...but the customer relationship and supply chain management leave a lot to be desired. Sincerely, Dr. Jimmie

    I purchased a sauna in Sep 2023. I went through ally lending to make this purchase. I had originally received approval from my landlord to make required electrical changes in the home to power the sauna in my garage but after further review, the landlord decided not to grant our request. Because of this, I immediately reached out to Sunlighten to cancel the sauna well within my 30 day cancellation. I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks of my initial cancellation request. Duding this time my sauna was also never delivered. When I finally heard back from my Sunlighten Sales rep Victoria, she assured me that the order was cancelled and they were notifying Ally that my account was to be cancelled. We are now in the middle of Nov 2023 and the unit has still not cancelled by Sunlight with Ally Lending and now I am default on my loan and my credit is suffering because I refuse to pay for a product I cancelled and never received. I have contacted Sunlighten and Victoria directly multiple times a week with almost zero response, and if they do respond I get the run around how they don't know what is going on with this cancelation and it should be taken care of. This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
