    I was interested in purchasing a sauna with this company and told the sales guy that my circumstances have changed and I wouldn't be able to purchase one for the foreseeable future. I told him not to follow up with me. He kept following up. I started ignoring his follow up calls and eventually had to block his number. Then I keep getting texts and calls from three other sales associates from different phone numbers. I tell them flat out to stop calling/texting me and they STILL contact. At this point, by the time I would like to purchase a sauna, I will certainly not buy from this company. I feel harassed.

    I was curious about pricing so had to fill out my information. This is already dated and bizarre in this day in age that they don't have transparency. I've been harassed since. They call me ****x a day leaving voicemails filling up my voicemail box. I block a number, they use another. I would never buy from them after this.

    I filled out a form to request the price of a Sunlighten product, and they required my phone number. I have been harassed by this company ever since. They have called me at least 25 times, every day if not more often. I have asked them not to call, and I have threatened to call the BBB. The calls have not stopped. No matter what, I would not buy a product from this company.

    I havent even gotten to the stage of ordering a sauna. I am gathering information, but their sales team is relentlessly connecting me via phone calls and texts. Im currently averaging 4 calls per day. The behavior of their sales team is likely to prevent my future business.

    Sunlighten **************** is very unpredictable and it is not right for the Costumer not to receive the support they need. I purchased a $12K Sunlighten Empower MPulse Sauna a few weeks ago. I have called **************** multiple times for help and every single time I am put on hold, then a recorded voice comes over asks me to confirm my number then it tells me that I will receive a call back and I get disconnected. Yesterday my husband took the morning off from work for us to call customer service to help us with some trouble we are having with the sauna. **************** returned our call 3 hours later, by then my husband and I were long gone. That is absolutely not right. This is a very big purchase and the customers need help to understand how to use the sauna. sunlighten customer service is only available Monday- Friday from 9-4 PM, these are hours where people are at work and not home. They should at least answer the phone when a customer calls. If you need help with your sauna you will have to take the day off from work and they still might not call you back. so if you are thinking of purchasing sunlighten, think again!
