    Zero stars for this managing company. My mother passed away and I communicated multiple times what our objective was regarding paying outstanding dues and repairs. Even after all the communication, I was harassed by Leah regarding past dues. She was beyond unkind and unprofessional. If I could report her to a higher level, I would. Do NOT do business with this managing company or buy a home that uses them to manage the HOA. Absolutely awful and ran by idiots!

    If I could give ZERO stars I could. This company seriously lacks ethics and professionalism. Very rude treatment. Residents have been subject to this company's owner making personal verbal attacks on residents that don't agree with her. This company doesn't fulfill their job, what they signed up for, but has no problem charging for work that is NOT being done. Owner utilizes selectiveness on enforcing regulations or completing projects based on her alliances. I do NOT recommend this company for Property Management or rentals.

    I have been dealing with a person from this company who has been treating in very bad terms, among other things, patronizing me and not answering questions, always finding problems to block any solution regarding renting my property. I complaint to the board but it seems they also don't care. I wonder if it's because I am Hispanic and woman. Anyway, this guy from the Bradenton office lacks professionalism and human empathy.
