      I enjoy most of what I order from Pink Lily and have never had shipping issues but beware they only post 5 star reviews on their website so you don’t get accurate reviews of their products. I know this because I have written honest reviews on product quality and fit and they never post them. Seems very dishonest and has made me cautious in future orders.

      The return process for this company is terrible. I would have reordered in the future if this return process allowed for

      Do not purchase from this site. Hard to get refunds if something you ordered does not work. You get a "credit" to buy something else. You FINALLY find something to order. It never comes. So done with this company. Then they want you to rate your experience. ?? but don't give you the option to type in the comment boxes. So shady! Only the ones THEY allow. Can't even type your own review header. They want you to pick obsessed. Comical. SOOOOOO NOT OBSESSED. how can you be.. I mean. Crap customer service out weighs any product.       I received an order. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong size of one item and the others did not fit/were poor quality. I requested a return. Their form of return is store credit/e-gift card. This was not listed in the refund until I started the return process online. I requested a return and contacted the company. They only refunded my original payment for the wrong item received & “store credit” for the other items. I do not want to purchase anything else from here. I DO NOT recommend ordering from the company. It’s not right.

      BUYER BEWARE. The WORST women’s clothing company I have ever dealt with. This is my first and last time ordering from them. My order totaled roughly $400 and the items in the box were actually wet upon opening them. I went to their customer care portion of their website and learned that apparently not only do they not offer refunds to original payment methods (only to a store credit which is ABSURD), you have to go through a third party called Route if you have anything defective with your shipment. So now I’m dealing with Route customer service. I think it’s absolutely outrageous with most people buying things online nowadays that they will only offer customers a store credit. I could see this being a huge issue for women because many people will buy multiple sizes to try on and would never get expect this kind of return policy. And what’s worse is that they’re offloading issues that are probably their fault to a third party vendor. Dishonest, shady business operations that are scamming women. Do not buy from this company. I’d rather shop at any other business that has reasonable policies and where I can feel good about supporting the business. I hope this saves some other poor innocent woman from buying anything from this establishment.

      I ordered a shirt that read Coffee from Tori's line in a size medium on Monday June 5th I received a size large Cheer shirt. I contacted customer service in regards to the shirt I ordered/Paid for. To correct this mistake they offered me one solution only which is to return the shirt as soon as possible and then they will ship me the correct shirt. As a business it seems bizarre to me that you would make your customer pay for/fix the mistake you made before making it right with them. As they are the ones that paid for the item and did not make this mistake. The customer service was incredibly rude & unsatisfactory.

      I normally love their clothing, but their shipping is HORRIBLE. For sure the worst of any boutique/company I’ve ordered from. I ordered April 9th, hoping I’d get a couple of the items next week for a trip. I have yet to receive any shipping notice. Most boutiques that I order from, I have the order within the same week. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again due to the awful shipping. With a company this large, you’d think you could get things moving quicker. So frustrating.

      I will go ahead and leave a review for this aweful company. I have ordered twice from here and both times I had to return items. Do not order anything that you think is white. It is not white! It is always more of a cream color. The material of their dresses are aweful, and the worst park of the entire company is that you have to pay $6 to ship a return back only to receive a store credit. What will I even want to buy from this company when their product is so terrible. I wish I had seen all these reviews before making a purchase from this place. I have yet to see a review that is higher than 1 star. Such a shame. I’d rather spend the money at a store like A***** *****. Pink Lily needs to do better if they want to stay in business.

      I just placed my 1st and last order with Pink Lily. I wanted to love this site but their return policy is awful! I bought a dress and a shirt. They said final sale. I am 5’3 and 150lb. Followed THEIR size chart and the model videos. Both are so small… my daughter can wear the shirt and she has a 5’4 and 110lb’s!! I asked for a store credit. Was told no. Final sale on a FINAL. Got it! I hate doing bad reviews! But this just doesn’t set right.

      I would have saved myself the hassle of this company & steered clear had I only looked at reviews of a company I have never ordered from before & here I am leaving a one star because it’s a huge letdown.
      Placed order of 4 different overall shorts- over $200- & the day the box came was not my order… none of it!
      Chatted with customer service.. was told to send in the order I was sent (found they charge a return shipping fee also for a mistake I didn’t make) and that one of the overalls is now out of stock so that money would be refunded & my remaining order would be shipped to me.. ok fine..
      I am still waiting for return amount on product they ran out of & a new shipping confirmation. It’s almost as if they waited to be sure I sent product that was not my order back to them before shipping me my correct order. That is bad customer service when none of this was my fault.!! Like I told the lady had I received my order to begin with I would’ve not had an item go out of stock! I also think like most places offer a discount for future purchases for mistakes made on there end & nothing. But as I think about it this is a total turn off & I highly doubt I will have an future purchases to make. My order must be just…? No communication as to what is going on.
      I have a feeling after reading one bad review after another that if I ever receive my correct order I will be returning.!!
