    Okay guys, I have to give Blair Technology 5 stars. I purchased two desktop computers Windows. One of those computers was a refurbished gaming computer. I also purchased a gaming laptop. refurbished. Every single one of them played excellently. I bought them over two years ago. and everything is still functioning perfectly.I did have a small issue with one of the refurbished computers that I bought a desktop where the power system was going in and out. I contacted support, and they immediately said you can either bring it or return it to us, and we'll fix it. Or if you think that you have the skills to take it off and replace it, we'll just send you a replacement. I opted in to do it myself, and I figured they were going to send me just a kind of a block-sized power cube. It wasn't a small block. It was like the size of a brick It was very easy to replace. So far with refurbished computers and laptops, I have been very happy with the products. I am astonished to see the less than 5 stars on here for these guys with a low rating about their customer service because in my case. The customer service has been very, very good and I have even suggested to others to purchase from this company. I will continue to purchase from this company.

    As a loyal customer who placed a desktop from Blair Tech all of a sudden my wifi icon was only showing half bar and when I contacted Blair tech they said there’s nothing they can do since it’s out of warranty but this is still there Brand Desktop and made me pay extra for a wifi adapter. If I would’ve known this was going to be a issue I would’ve never bought this desktop from them, it’s been months since I haven’t been able to use my desktop because of this issue and they offered no refund or exchange to make it right but wanted me to pay extra out of pocket this is so sad on a customer’s part. *****

    This review is unfair in so many ways. You (*******) received the item on November 13, 2022 - TWO YEAR AGO! That same day, you filed an ****** Claim saying it was the wrong color (you said in a message that ("it is grey, but it looks black"). You were sent a free return label (*** *******************) which you did not use. Then on November 14, 2022, you demanded a full refund without returning the item stating in the Message Center: "it is inconvenient to return the item"). When that Claim was denied by ******* a week later you filed a credit card Chargeback demanding a refund without returning the order. To help with the problem, we issued a $20 partial refund to your account. Your last communication with us was December 7, 2022. Now two years later you are complaining again.

    It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that's being so rude and unprofessional. Regardless of the time that has passed, it's still their product, and they should take responsibility for fixing the issue rather than making you spend more money out of pocket. It's unacceptable for them to dismiss your concerns and fail to provide proper customer service. Other potential customers should definitely be aware of Blair Tech's behavior and approach with caution. It's important for companies to stand by their products and offer support, not push the burden onto the customer.

    I wish I would have read the reviews here***** & *******The average score is a 30 of 100,that's really bad.Anyway I called to buy a PC a week ago ,told the sales guy I had Windows 7 & needed to upgrade.He suggested to go to Windows 11 & said there would be no problems.I told him will my webcam,speakers & printer work he said yes without even asking the brand or model #'s I called tech support after receiving, the woman told me how to upload pics from my USB drive & it was incorrect as it didn't go to my pictures folder but a whole new E drive.Long story short they don't know anything about how to use Windows 11 & should not have told me they do.The woman ,after I asked,said she had NO training in it's use & was unfamiliar with the many issues I had.This company does not return phone calls because they don't know how to use Windows 11.I want my money back in full for being deceived by the salesman.I can't do anything unless they call me back,thanks.

    Windows 7 launched 15 years ago, so I assume you peripherals (monitor, mouse) are close to that age. Windows 11 is more advanced and sometimes the older equipment cannot connect to it. Our agent assumed you had more modern equipment. I spoke to our agents who talked to you and they said they helped you with your pictures and even helped set up your email. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it and we will issue a refund.

    Know what happens when you assume,exactly.Wrong on the 15 yrs old it is less than 5 yrs old from a reputable refurbisher, **** Refurbished.The printer,webcam & speakers are less than 3 yrs old.Bottom line the PC can not establish a internet connection because of what your tech people said to do.I did nothing of my own accord.I need a call to resolve this as I am not sending 1000 personal pictures as you wouldn't do either.Your ignoring me is not helping you,though you think it is.My credit card company agrees with me & that's all that matters.Fix what you broke or you get nothing,period.I am Trumpier than Trump,you don't know who you are fooling around with but will find out,the sooner the better for you,period.Still waiting for the call & am not holding my breath.BUYER BEWARE THEY DON'T SUPPORT WHAT THEY SELL & DON'T KNOW HOW TO BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW WINDOWS 11.

    I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Blair Tech after purchasing a refurbished ******** laptop advertised as being in "Like New Excellent Condition." Unfortunately, the product I received was far from what was promised. Here are the issues I encountered:1. Defective Backlit Keyboard: Only a few keys (7, 8, U, K, and M) lit up, while the rest remained dark.2. False Advertising: The laptop was advertised as having a touchscreen, but the model I received was not a touchscreen.3. Worn-out Trackpad and Keys: The trackpad and several keys showed significant wear and tear.4. Exterior Scuffs: Noticeable scuffs were present on the exterior casing.5. Suspicious Software: The laptop came with pre-installed software, including questionable apps like ManyCam, raising serious security concerns.Despite these significant issues, the company's response was insufficient. I had to insist on a full refund, as their policies were misleading. Their product listing page advertised free returns, but their seller page stated a $15 return shipping fee for items with free shipping. This inconsistency is misleading and should be addressed.I am baffled as to how such a product could pass quality assurance checks. This isn't the way to run a sustainable business. Misleading customers and delivering products that do not meet advertised standards will ultimately harm your reputation and customer base.This experience has been a significant waste of my time and effort.

    I have purchased 4 refurbished **** computers through Blair Tech over the last several years and they have all worked fine. I just received my most recent purchase a few weeks ago to replace a Blair W10 computer with a Blair W11. It is working with no problems and I am in the process of moving my data and programs over to the new computer. I have never had to call Blair tech support or return any of the computers. I have bought Blair computers for family and friends who don't need the latest computers but can live with systems that are a few years old at great prices.

    I ordered a desktop from them a month and a half later the computer is now garbage. I should of known better when it sounds to good to be true it usually is. I would never recommend anyone to this company there like there computers garbage. Just go to best buy there open box computers are the way to go. Please stay away from this company.

    *******, We believe you must be referring to a different vendor because your Sears order with us was 9 months ago on 9/16/2023 - not 6 weeks ago. If you were having problems, we have many ways to contact us (chat, phone, email, or through Sears Message Center) but we received no message from you. Your warranty with us was 90 days, but hopefully you purchased an extended warranty through Sears. If not, we can still help troubleshoot any issue for you if you contact us.

    I ordered this computer through ******. I made sure that I selected new and read the entire description. No where in the description did it indicate the computer was refurbished. They use false advertising to bait and switch you. I tried to call their customer service but was unable to talk to anyone even though they are listed as open. The owner is scamming people. Never purchase from them.

    We are a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher. She purchased a computer through the ****** "Renewed" category where the ad was listed. This ad never listed that the item was new. Also, it had a significantly reduced price - only $146 for a used pc that had been refurbished - **** 5040 Intel Core i5 which had a release date of 2/6/2018. This was listed as a 6th Gen Intel Core. The ad stated some not all parts were original. She told us she purchased the pc for her elderly father, so the low price was very important. The New **** i7's are listed around $1100.00. This Ms. ******* is demanding we refund her money but she is refusing to return the item. She states she never called our Costumer Service, but we have records of her calls and her using very abusive and threatening language to our agents. We have already given her a free label to return the item for a full refund. We suggest she use that label to return the pc and she will receive a full refund if the item is received exactly as it was received. Thanks.

    I actually have two photos of where it indicates “NEW” on ******. I also confirmed with ****** that the item is in fact listed as NEW. When I attempted to reach someone with the company Heather laughed at me and said the owner is on vacation and she doesn’t care what my complaint is and hung up on me. I then drove the item back and returned it and they refuse to refund me. I am more than happy to provide all screenshots of where the item is listed as new. This PC didn’t come with a monitor and all other refurbished computers were around $80. I had no indication to believe that the item was refurbished and actually went out of my way to ensure it wasn’t. It appears that the attorney general of KY should be called because they understand they’re ripping people off. My major concern is once they have your money they have no interest in trying to satisfy the customer.

    ****************** is not being honest. She purchased the item on 5/8/24 and it was delivered on 5/12/24 via ***** #************. She lives in ************ over 300 miles away, and she was provided with two free labels **** #****************** and ***** #************) and neither one of these free labels has been used to date to return anything to us. Then on 5/16/24, she sent us a message through Amazon saying"The item was dropped off on 05/10/2024 at your loading dock. It is now the 16th. Refund me." This is a complete fabrication because she didn't even receive the item until 5/12/24! She is making demands to receive a refund before legitimately returning the item to us. We have reported her twice to Amazon and she still continues to threaten us. When we informed her on 5/19/24 that her allegations were completely untrue and she never returned the item, she has not responded to us anymore. The items were Not listed as New and Amazon would have stated that these were refurbished items - absolutely not new! Our ******** Service agent disconnected your call due to you continued of obscene and foul language and threats. Please actually return the item and we will issue a refund.

    I actually did not stop responding. Amazon indicated they have had multiple issues with this retailer and they offered me a refund. They have attempted to protect me from this criminal dishonest seller and have taken care of me as a customer. Consumers beware! While the address the item was shipped to was my fathers address, I no longer live with my father and have not for over 20 years. I would never provide my address to these nutty people but I do live closer than they are saying. As stated I didnt stop responding but Amazon *************** Services reached out to me after reviewing the abusive emails I received and made this transaction right at no assistance of the fraudulent seller. Thank you Amazon!

    February 28, 2024, I bought this computer **** ******** **** Desktop Computer Intel Core I5 16GB RAM 1TB HDD Windows 10 Pro Includes 22in LCD Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard thru *******.com. Today is April 15, 2025. Computer has been slow since day one. I haven't been able to use it all weekend because after a windows update Friday night (4/12/24) when it did a Windows Update and will no longer boot. I've tried calling the company today, no answer. Finally, went to **********com/chat, only to have to send in like an email. There was no live person to chat with like the website name implied. I would absolutely NOT buy from them (using ******* as middle man or not) again ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    i bought a computer through Blair Tech and i will never buy another one from them. There on line tech support and phone support do not exist. They only want to use email support so you never get to talk to a person. My computer arrived without a working dvd player and after several attempts to contact them to get it resolved they said i needed to reinstall the drivers but did not say what drivers so i tried a few to no avail so i have given up. there were also i few other minor thins which i managed to clear up with a different 3rd party support. This computer was also not able to upgrade to windows 11 without a signifcant cash outlaw for new hardware. I bout this computer because because it was what i could afford at the time , just goes to show that you do get what you pay for. Non exsintace support non functioning hardware and very dissatisfied overall opion. I hope this helps with someone looking to buy from this company

You purchased a ************* Core 5, monitor keyboard and mouse all for $177 from ****** on 1/12/23 and you have used this for almost a year. This purchase was a specific pc according to what you could afford as you stated, but it did not come with some of the capabilities of the more powerful and more costly pc's. We have your email from 4/7/23 asking about a DVD driver which we promptly sent you the correct link to download the driver. Then on 9/24/23 you asked about not being able to download WIN 11. We promptly replied to your message. We do provide online, chat and phone support and we respond to all requests promptly. We are still happy to answer any questions you have regarding your pc.
