      I Regret Buying my 2022 Hyundai Accent. Willie and Mels Put a Remote Starter on my Car, It was Working fine Both Remotes Working Until 1 Mont ago. I took it to Swope Hyundai to have fixed. I was Charge a Diagnostic fee of 80 Dollars. I would Have been Charged 600 Dollars or more for them to Unhook the Remote Starter. I took it back to Willie and Mels. Willie and Mels said it was the Solenoid Senser that had Malfunctioned. I called Swope Hyundai back Several times. I was Promised Resolution to my Issue with their Product. They have not Returned any of my Calls. I will not Recommend Hyundai cars to anyone at all. This has been nothing but a nightmare. to me. I am stuck like Chuck with a car that is not working fully. my next car will be a Honda with a remote Starter Already Installed by the Factory,

      The service department for the Swope Hyundai Dealership in Elizabethtown KY is horrible. 2 of the 4 customer service representative in the maintenance services department need to find other employment or no employment. They have nasty attitudes and with no customer service ethics. This will be the second time in a row that they have had my 2015 genesis with them for a total of three weeks for minor issues. The first three week iteration i turned the vehicle because the check engine light came on. Mind this was the main reason I took the vehicle in. After the the third week my wife went to retrieve the vehicle. Upon entering the vehicle she noticed the check engine light was still on. She went to the maintenance desk to inform them that it was still on and the customer service representative said the vehicle was not brought in for this reason; this is the first lie. Then my wife asked well as a service department aren't you supposed to do a 25 point inspection when a customer brings in a vehicle? The customer service representative said no, we only do this if the customer ask; 2nd lie because after speaking with the regional manager at this store she informed me they are always supposed to do the 25 point inspection. They then kept the vehicle for a few more days and said the vehicle was good to go. I went to pick the vehicle up and two days later the check engine light came on again. I took the vehicle back to have them figure out what was going on. We are now starting the third week of them having the vehicle for the second week again and no one is giving me an update and now one is returning my phone call. This Dealership really needs to be evaluated by the BBB.

      the 2013 sonata has a problem with steering rack support yoke it will cause steering to lock up they know of the problem but do not care be careful

      We have contacted the customer and scheduled an appointment for the vehicle to be inspected after researching his name in both our dealership database and Hyundai Motors database and determining he has never been our dealership for service of this vehicle. We will assist the customer any way we can while adhering to Hyundai maintenance guidelines.

      I was told it is not safe to drive but the recall ends at 100000 miles I don’t understand if the part is recalled why does mileage have to do with anything

      Went in for a diagnostic and recall.Service department gave me the run around. I was told multiple stories. When I finally got a update about my vehicle the technician stated unpon investigation wires were chewed and he taped them together. Now my vehicle has a airbag caution light and my 12v charging ports and my aux port and my stereo does not work properly. The ports under my stereo do not work at all. And the charging port under my glove compartment smells like its burning and make a whistle when something is plugged into it. I've contacted the facility about my issue and they stated they would have the GM contact me I have not heard anything back.

      The customer submitted a survey response to Hyundai Motor Sales on September 29, 2021 requesting to speak to the General Manager and then submitted a BBB review on September 30, 2021. The General Manager of the store did not receive the survey response information submitted by the customer to Hyundai until Sunday October 3, 2021. The General Manager attempted to contact the customer twice by phone yesterday, Monday October 4, 2021, (the first business day after the survey and review were submitted) and by email once, but has not received a return call or email. We will continue to try to communicate with the customer to resolve this concern.
