I picked out a vehicle from patriot's website, called a salesperson, and went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. I tesy drove it, then we did the paperwork. I told the sales guy that I would pay the difference in the trade in and the purchase. the price was 3k more than what the internet said. when I questioned this, the sales guy said I had to finance to get that price. So I said ok to finance, my score is over 800. the guy comes back and says the internet price was actually lower than the dealership gave for the car so they insisted I pay full price. Needless to say, I did not buy the vehicle and told them where they could stick it!!!! I think the dealership should have to absorb the loss because that's what was listed, but they did not. DO NOT BUY FROM PATRIOT CHEVROLET,,,,, they will CHEAT YOU.

Cynthia is generally rude during our encounter and is always able to give an excuse. Her fiancé seems to be the only diesel mechanic and is very unreliable as an employee. Maybe it only seems this way because of their relationship and information provided from Cynthia, but it impacts quality customer service. Most recently we received service for our routine oil change. The technician asked us if we wanted our cabin air filter changed as well, which we politely declined. He showed me the cabin air filter and said it looks dirty and might be a good idea to change it out. We declined and finished our service. Upon arrival at home, I noticed the In-System Touchscreen was malfunctioning by not responding like normal. When we dropped it off, we had zero issues with our truck. We called and were bluntly told that it was not possible at the dealership because nothing inside was touched or had anything to do with the radio. We reiterated that it was not like that prior to drop off. We were assured that it was not the dealership and had nothing to do with them, however they would be willing to look at it for a diagnostic fee. We explained that it had to be something the dealership did because it was clearly not like that but upon return was. We requested the diagnostic fee to be waived because it was not something we did; and only wanted our truck returned in the same condition it was left. Once my husband was home, he checked it out. He researched and quickly found that the in-cabin air filter is right above the in-system touchscreen connection under the passenger glove box compartment. We removed the glove box, cleaned and re-secured the terminals for the in-system touchscreen. Upon restarting the truck, all issues were resolved. This was clearly something that the dealership touched, whether accidentally or not during the removal of the in-cabin air filter that the tech showed me during my visit.

Sold me a vehicle way overpriced. Feel like they took advantage of me as a woman. Sales man said he checked the vehicle over good. Got it home after realizing it had a caution light (the salesperson conveniently had it running for about 10 minutes before I drove it). Found taillights broken and taped together with electrical tape. Vehicle squeals every time I start it. I feel like sales was aware of these issues seeing as they made sure it was running before I test drove it so I wouldn’t notice the warnings or squealing when I started it. Suspension appears to be messed up. I called the next day and spoke with a manager and left multiple messages for the salesperson to call me back. Nothing. They 100% took advantage of me.

When I bought my brand new 2024 ***** in September, 2023, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. They went way out of their way to accommodate me and didn't once suggest I should have my husband with me. I was very pleased with the entire purchase process. Then...the wheels fell off, so to speak. My brand new car, with 3400 miles on it, had to be towed to the dealership for what is obviously a manufacturer's defect. That was a week ago today and it STILL hasn't been touched. It took 50 phone calls even to get a car to drive which finally happened 2 days ago. If and when I ever get this vehicle back, I will never ever darken the doors of Patriot Chevrolet ***** again. If the service matched the sale, this would be a very different review.

False advertising for winnings with the intent to sale a car only and never give the gift that was advertised. I was not looking for a car and when I’m ready to buy I will not go there.

Was sold a car, put $1500 down payment. Got approved through a bank for a car. Not even 2 hours later the check engine light comes on, but they was closed so the next day I take the car back and they tell me they can put it in the mechanic shop and get it fixed for me! Even though it was in mechanic shop for 2 weeks and more. Well at that time I feeling unsafe in the car and don’t want the car! For safety reasons I no longer wanted the car so the bank didn’t processed the deal because there where safety problems occurring! So they got upset, rude and disrespectful and 4-5 dudes bone rushed me in one room intimidating me pressuring me to continue with the deal! I was by myself so I felt very dangerous to be in one room with 4-5 dudes being angry because the deal doesn’t go through the bank! Very unprofessional. And I was told I couldn’t get my down payment back! They refused! Not only that 2 employees was having very unprofessional conversations with me about drugs and my job as a body waxer! They very touchy, I have witnesses. They mistreat others, and treat them the same way when a deal don’t go through. They love to get a woman in a room and intimidate her being rude! This place needs to be shut down. They are very unprofessional. ****** or THIS PLACE DONT RECOMMEND! If I could give a BIG FAT negative I would, this place beat me out of $1500 Not only me, but its several people walking around near Kentucky/Tennessee ****** done wrong like this, his name in the streets are a bad reputation right now for taking advantage of folks. This place I don’t recommend at all.

price paid was different from advertised by $4500 higher.Found this after papers signing. I feel this was a true BAIT AND SWITCH. I feel lied to, misled, dealer said the advertised price was for employees only after the papers were signed. Vehicle bought was 2019****** Enclave sticker paper listed was 40500. Final paper show price to be 45000. BAIT AND SWITCH to me| I was a repeat customer, for purchase and service for last 9 years until now, Any help will be appreciated.
