I’ve been living in these apartments since December of 2021. My bathroom ceilings have flooded 5 times since March. Maintenance came 1 time and did a crappy job fixing the master bedroom bathroom and has yet to fix the hall way bathroom I have videos of the water coming thru the walls and now my ceiling is hanging from the water damage I put multiple work orders in for it and they have yet to fix it. Today is August 2nd and they still have to get to fix the bathroom I have 2 totes in there to keep the water from getting on the floor and the totes are half full of I could post videos and pictures I would. On top of that parking is bad my car has been hit twice and no one has said anything and the front office says they don’t have any cameras. We pay expensive rent to live like this

I have lived in this place for almost four years and the property has continued to get worse and worse each year. Trash everywhere. Packages are always stolen because random people roam the building. Police are always being called on neighbors, a few times a month. Those same neighbors beat up on each other, bust out the windows (which are still broken by the way and have been for months). They sleep in the hallway by the doors and on different floors like it’s a homeless shelter. I live on the third floor and there is no reason someone should be sleeping outside my door. One neighbor was attacked TWICE by another tenant in another building. I have two maintenance requests that have went unfinished for months. A leaking vent that is starting to ruin the floor and a broken bath tub handle that requires a wrench to turn on and off. They put a letter on my door on may 27th stating that I had til June 1 to either renew lease or stay month to month and pay additional $200. So a holiday weekend where they are closed with essentially no notice. Then I receive an email stating rent is going up regardless with barely a months notice. So really it’s going up $200 a month with a new lease and $400 without. Which was not stated in the previous letter given to me. The office never returns phone calls and my emails are never responded to either. The property is a dump. I feel as if everything has been handled improperly and I shouldn’t have to pay an additional $200 a month for the this type of place. It’s sad to live in a decent area of town and feel like your place is dump. I live alone and sometimes fear for my safety due to the behavior of some of my neighbors. And they are not being taken care of. How could a place just allow that type of behavior on their property and let the rest of their good tenants live in that kind of environment
