      They lie lie lie. I had dental coverage in 2024. The dentist started making my new Dentures the 16th of Dec. And because of the holidays they wouldn't be ready until Jan the second week. No humana says I have not dental coverage they will not pay for my Dentures even though I had coverage when the were started I called humana to make sure they said yes they would pay. Now dome guy that can't speak English said no they would not pay for 2025 I had no dental coverage. So now I stop Dr visits my medication and if God's willing and I make it till the end of the year i will get rid of Humana. You can't trust anyone these. They lie to you and what's bad they rip you off with a smile on their faces. Just don't trust any humana rep.

      Humana dropped every medicare patient at the end of 2024. I was supposed to have surgery the week before Christmas, but they dragged their heels so they wouldn't have to pay. New insurance approved me on Jan 2nd. Humana is not humane. They suck and don't deserve one star, but that is the least I can give them.

      Have medical billing issue, on going for 3 months. Humana didn't pay the medical bills after my maximum out of pocket amount was meet. Spoke with Humana phone reps over 5 different dates and hours on the phone. None of the phone reps have resolved this basic issue. The only resolution remaining is to file a billing grievance form and send copies of the medical bills to Humana.

      New Medicare patient for 2025 transportation company Alivi company has been a huge disappointment. I waited on hold yesterday for 2 hours, no one ever answered. Currently on hold 45 minutes, my ride should have picked me up 20 minutes ago. My appointments are life of death and this company is completely incompetent, unprofessional and unorganized. I need to get to kidney treatment ASAP and they are not answering the phone or making pick up appointments. Humana needs to find a new company ASAP!!! I’m extremely frustrated and still on hold. Currently one hour I’ve been waiting.

      Nothing like being blindsided by a company you trusted to strip your current plan to the bone beginning the new year. I relied on my transportation benefit to make my dr apps and now they will no longer provide ANY transportation. They also reduced my healthy benefit monthly allowance by 225.00! My specialist co pay went up to $50 which is the amount of my new food allowance. Corporate greed is nauseating.

      Humana Advantage raised copays again, seems like they want to join the top 1% of companies and charge max. from individuals so they can get there before they get government oversite . I will NOT sign up with them in the future, hopefully many more will take the same view.( they will keep doing it as long as people don't complain enough and quit signing up with them. (THE STAR RATING DOESN'T GO LOW ENOUGH )

      This is an update to an earlier review: I had a Humana Medicare Advantage plan in 2023. Now, one year later, I received a letter dated November 22, 2024, from Joe K***** in the Humana Critical Inquiry Department regarding my review of Humana with the Better Business Bureau. The letter did not provide contact info for Mr. K***** (It only listed a PO Box in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but the envelope postal stamp was from Cincinnati Ohio), but the letter did state that a thorough review of the matter was completed. But the letter did not provide any resolution one way or the other. He did say to refer to the letter for additional information and my next steps in the appeal process. But there was no additional information and no next steps contained in the letter. What was included with the letter were multiple copies of the same appeal dismissal, denial and decision letters that I had previously received, along with information about how to contact the Medicare Managed Care & PACE Reconsideration Project, Humana Grievance and Appeal Department and the Humana Customer Care Team, each of whom I had previously contacted when this whole mess began. Wondering why this extremely unhelpful missive was being sent now, I tried to call the Humana Grievance and Appeal Department, but the number listed in the letter is a fax number! So I resorted to calling the Humana Customer Care Team. I was transferred three times and none of the representatives knew who Mr. K***** was, nor had even heard of the “Critical Inquiry Department”. And ultimately, if Mr. K***** had bothered to do a little research, he would have learned that all of these claims were processed and paid a year ago because I contacted the corporate office and they worked to get them all resolved. Just another wonderful example of how with Humana, the right hand has absolutely no idea what the left hand is doing! So as I stated in my earlier review, Stay Away! Stay Very, Very, Very Far Away!!

      During enrollment opportunities a representative (actually 3) advice that there's NO CHANGE IN MY PLAN. THIS began 11-26-2024 (1) again on 12-17-2024.(1)rep. and a account supervisor named April. My spending account has actually dropped considerably which I was using to help pay bills and rent. Now, nothing from the new allotted amount is sufficient. And I have to wait until next year to make any changes which is to find another provider.

      Humana should not be allowed to be in business and I don’t think they should have any control over anyones prescription. They are very dishonest. I would’ve known this insurance was like this I would’ve never signed up with them. They are scamming people
