      In February I purched a Pioneer Radio from Sonic Electronic. I requested a refund because it was defective and I didn't like what I payed for. I sent it back and was expecting a refund but instead got a email telling me that nothing was wrong with it and I would not get a refund. I spent $700.00 for an item that was defective and probably fixed when I sent it back. I had it professionally installed but had a problem with the rear view camera not working. The installer thought it was the camera itself but after trying sever different cameras he concluded it was the connection in the radio that was bad. So I sent it back and requested a refund they said no and now want me to pay them to send it back. That's where we ar at. I have all the correspondence between Sonic Electronic and myself. A company that big and won't refund me a Senior Citizen $700.00. That's alot of money to me. Please help me !!!!!

      Regarding the complaint filed by ***** ********* with ID ******** * on March 29, 2022, we issued a refund via store credits to the customer for the defective Pioneer headset. Additionally, we sent him a free shipping label to facilitate the return of the faulty item.

      It's noteworthy that *** ********* has utilized the refunded store credits to place new orders after the complaint was filed. Considering this, we deem the case resolved. If no further action is necessary, we kindly request closing this case.

      On 3/18/22 I ordered product ******, was told estimated shipping would be 4/2/22. I was good with that since they said it was special order and had to be built. Well here it is 5/4/22 and no product. I have e mailed several times with the same answer, we will contact the manufacturer and get back to you, they never do. I end up e mailing them AGAIN and again and again. They have asked if I want a refund and I do not, I want the product I paid for. Just a run around everytime. I do think I should get the product for at least half off if not more for waiting so long.

      April 20, 2022- ordered an amplifier from sonic electronix. Received the amp, but it was defective. April 25- opened an RMA claim to return the item. I was asked if I wanted a direct replacement or nonrefundable store credit. I chose store credit. I called the company because I was required to purchase a shipping label which I didn’t think was fair. Agent assured me that if the product was indeed defective they would refund the cost of the shipping label and the amplifier. In the meantime, I purchased another amplifier because I didn’t want to wait weeks to receive a replacement under the understanding that I would be receiving a credit for the one I was returning. May 5, 2022- sonic said they were shipping out my replacement. I messaged them immediately stating that I didn’t want a replacement, but they refused. I have attached our conversation.

      I ordered some fosgate 12 in subs. Paid $388.80 on 3/23/2022when I got the time they were plugged in the started smoking. When I had to argue about sending them back and had said that I spoke with someone about a refund, they said they check the audio recordings and that was not said. Well that changed. I spoke with someone else another day, she said “ since the item is ent in stock we will issue you a refund this 1 time. I said ok that’s what about shipping. You pay for the label and when we get the speakers you would be reimbursed the $69.95 shipping. I said thanks. Well a couple days later I was call and told I would not get a refund the item came in. Well let’s go back. 1. Go to the recordings like you did the first time, and you will clearly hear her say I will get a full refund this time, because they didn’t have the item. Whatever happen after she told me I would ge my refund, I have nothing to do with that. My refund should have been started then. The label was printed and *** **- who they had get the item came a day late. They she said they received they item a day late. Well you set up *** ** to do a pickup on my door step and it was there, they DIDNT COME. So now MANAGEMENT shad not returned my calls in a week and I have call logs where I have call them everyday! They have hanged up in my face 4 times! They have scammed me out of $388.00 and want me to take speakers after they stated I was getting my REFUND ON RECORDED LINE! I WANT WHAT WAS TOLD AND RECORDED MY REFUND!

      I ordered 2 sets of speakers from this company on **** and the ad plainy states total of 4 speakers I received only 2 and when contacted they claim it was a error add they wanted me to return cause that's what they always want u to do instead of sending me the other 2 I was owed . All that had to be done was send them they offer 4 of other speakers but these ones just some how only offer two but I can get a set of the same ones for forty to 60 dollars more for a set of for these people are a rip off

      Bought a Jensen stereo head unit and the potentiometer is broke. They said they believed it was a defect in the item. They want us to send the whole unit out, which we will have to take it and pay to have it removed then ship it back then wait for them to send a new one out then take it back to shop and pay to have it put back in and the whole time we are waiting for a new unit we will have to have a big whole in our dash pr pay someone to put the old one back in and back out. I was more then willing to give my credit card number that they could use if they charge if they were so worried about us not returning the defected one. Also bought a extended warranty that is useless, have no way of filing a claim because I never received any information that is needed to file a claim with them, it was through square trade.

      Purchase an item and it has been waiting for 18 days for ***** to pick it up. I have been given excuse after excuse from ***** may have missed the scan when they picked it up to the warehouse system is down and they can't pick the item. I have asked for a return and they sent me a RTA with instruction on how to return an item that never shipped stated I will get a refund 5 to 10 days after I ship the item back. I asked about that and the rep told me to ignore that and she is waiting for a refund approval and she will contact me when it is finally approved. What approval is needed for an item that they have never shipped.

      They are being deceiving with advertising. They push the "60 day Money-Back Guarantee" but it all smoke and mirrors. so you will buy something and make it really Hard to return and not offer a refund. I ordered a sound bar and had an issue. First said if its open they cant take it back or refund because its "used". I never installed only bench tested the item. Next said I have to return for them to check it out and make sure its defective. They then want me to buy another one that could be also defective and if they "find nothing wrong" with the first one you will be charged for it also. This makes no seance. This use to be a good company but now they are horrible.

      False claim on website that a product ******* ********* car stereo had HD radio. After installing, called and told them it don’t have the feature and they said they can’t return anything if it’s been installed. Specifically “ if a product has had power put to it”. Told me to contact pioneer. They definitely have done this to many people before… Paid $730 for a product that does not do what I want it to do You can tell they could care less about my satisfaction- it was their website that says the product has HD radio. I researched on the manufacture site and the ******* ********* does have HD radio and I would be satisfied with an exchange.
