    Free way Insurance/ USA coverage for a week then canceled due finding a better Insurance, was Informed a refund would be returned the way it was paid. Called after 10 days informed it takes 30-45 days days called after 45 days Informed mailed on 6th. Called again Informed it was approved on the 6th checks only mailed between 1-7 mine was probably processed late wait until 15th and call back if not received. 10 days from now will be 2 months later, No Refund, getting the run around, different story every time I call, Today I was Informed it my refund has been mailed would be 6/30/25 before I receive my refund,

    I’ve been with this company for years . I renewed my policy a few months ago and the agent didnt submit my prior insurance form in time caused my policy to go up 118 extra dollars a month. Because of her mistake they want me to have to pay for it instead of fixing her mistake. They don’t care about nothing but money and how to get it out you!! Dishonest or not. When she finally submitted the form they said it was too late and that they couldn’t fix my payment back to what it was so I’m stuck with paying and extra $118. a month because of their agent’s mistake. Poor customer service!!

    While it is always disappointing to learn that we have fallen short in meeting our customer’s expectations, the information and feedback are critical to us in achieving our long-standing commitment to our customers. We submitted the proof of prior insurance to the new Insurance Company, and they advised us that the premium was adjusted and the balance owed removed. We requested that the finance company adjust the billing information together with the December payment, and we contacted our insured and explained the revised payment amount. We understand that our insured was satisfied with the resolution.

    I was with *********** for eight years. I switch to this company back in the six month 780 dollars upfront, which pays half the notes for six months to make my payments 154 a month. I did it 2 1/2 weeks later I got a text message saying $220 payments due 10 days. so I called them asked him. Why did they change the contract? They said they forgot to load up the insurance of the past email. She got it. She said 24 hours and 154. They promised two days later called them back a lady said they forgot to upload the insurance, so three days later it was the same process then I got a letter in the mail saying I got 10 days to pay the insurance or be cut off which wasn’t yet at that point I said I cannot do business like this and I called canceled on that Friday which is not due until next Monday. The lady at agency got the manager on the phone and came out and said she hates to hear all that hassle and they’re gonna refund the 780 but I have to go inside the store to cancel showed insurance of ***** the new insurance and cancel sign paper two days later or three. I got another text message saying I’m past due for fixing to be sorry when I called again. She said they load up the new insurance and at that point, I said can’t wait to get away from this place, that was before the seventh month September 26 they called me today freeway insurance which is part of US agency wanted to talk about it so I told him and asked her where is my refund There’s no refund because it was canceled because of lack of payment. I came out and said y’all just made that up so y’all don’t have to pay me back for half the money and put down for six months. This is so unbelievable. I actually had a short the word I called them so many times and they dropped the ball so many times that’s why I canceled the insurance and they still refuse to give me back half my money before they had it on the computer. They had a refund coming in 35 to 45 Days ******* insurance notify me today that’s not true anymore,

    I have been having insurance since 05/23 until now 07/18/24 and paid it.I was pulled over on 07/08/24 to be informed that I have no insurance and my (VIN)# was wrong by four numbers.My car was impounded for no insurance.In order to receive my car I had to go to DMV to have my car release from the impound.On 07/08/24 I go into the have them fix the problem and they did it right away no problem.I went to the DMV and my car was never registered to DMV and she had the wrong date she put 07/08/24 the day I came in instead of putting the 05/23 until 11/24 My renewal time.I went into the back for to insurance office to have it fixed and they did it right away only for them to tell me they couldn't fix it again because they already did.And she called around and did everything she could to help me.They couldn't fix it again.Now I have DMV fees, Impound fees from 07/08/24 until 07/18/24. I told by insurance unfortunately I still have to pay . It's there Mistake,I filled a complaint with there office and I haven't heard anything yet.So I went into DMV now have to Pay for a year of no insurance, DMV Fees , Impound Fees, Missing work, Stressed Out,And still had to pay insurance 07/18/24 that I paid every month don't no where my money went

    I had the worse experience with this company this year. I went in on 03-2022 too pay a 6 month policy and was not suppose to return until 09-28-22 too renew my policy. This week I got a call saying that my policy was canceled due too non payment. I have reached out to EVERYONE for help and been getting the run arounds about the situation so it can be cleared because I have receipts for a 6 month policy and now have DMV fees because of whatever mess up the agent did without notifying me

    Terrible at customer service level store was great but when you dial the number for a specific office and person you get transferred to a CS section where you remain until hold time runs out.Personnel answering phones could care less about your situation they want to sell you a product if you want to talk to a specific office it won't happen.
