1 starSadly, I have to put a star on this review! Matt bowers dealership is a SCAM. Paid 1300 to get coolant leaks fixed and they took 2 weeks to get it done. Was told over phone they had issue putting it back together after they took it apart also stated they broke my starter on car as well. Then moved to another mechanic. After finally getting the call I go pick it up and start hearing a noise under floorboard and vibrating. on driver side when pressing the gas pedal. And I have a feeling that they’ll try to push it on me but I have proof of most of this on my end but I wouldn’t let them change my bike tire on my huffy must less touch my car after this one more time.Review fromAngela N

1 starI purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger from Matt Bowers on May 23,2024. A few months later the oil light came on for an oil change. I took the car to Matt Bowers to get my first free oil change and was turned around saying it was too soon and that the oil didn’t need to be changed. I wasn’t checked in or anything the lady looked in the computer told me it was to soon took the car to the back they changed the sticker and reset the light and sent me on my way. I go back in September the light came back on I got my oil changed and left. Fast forward to October the car started running hot. I paid for extra warranty now they won’t fix the problem with my car and voided my warrantyReview fromRobert J

1 starMatt Bower Ram is a ripoff, they agreed to the price and they jacked it up by $2500.00 said that was for nitrogen in the tires, the truck must have come with flats , glass etching and etc. we said no two days later they called and said they dropped it down to $800.00 and we said no, then they called the next day and said they dropped off the extra charges. We agreed again and drove two hours and when we got there they added additional $260.00 said that was nitrogen, etching, environmental fee and detailing the brand new truck Never trust these peopleReview fromArthur B

1 starWe took the Dodge truck to the dodge dealership (Matt Bowers Dodge) in Baton Rouge La. on 4/25/2024 to have the air conditioning system repaired. The dealership service manager advised us that the vehicle has two recalls on it and that they could perform the recall repair at the same time, so we agreed to have them do it. It has been over 14 weeks and we have not got the truck back yet. We have called the dealership numerus times to check on the vehicle to ask when the recall repair be finished. They told us they did not know so we ask them for a loaner vehicle. Each time over to several weeks the service manager is telling us that they cannot fix the problem and we cannot have a loaner vehicle. We feel that this problem occurred when they were performing the recall repair. Now the service manager told us that the vehicle will not run at all. The vehicle was running fine when we drove it into the dealership. We have call and even drove to the dealership and asked to speak to the general manager Bruce Miller. We had to wait one and half hours just to talk to him and at that time Bruce told us he could not give us a loaner vehicle and there is nothing he could do it is out of his hands. We feel the dealership damaged our vehicle during the recall repair and we need at least a loaner vehicle until they can resolve the issue.Review fromB M H

1 starMatt Bowers Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram (13939 Airline Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA 70817) violated me as a consumer when: 1. Finance manager ****** ***** willingly inflated the sticker price of the car I purchased and concealed the inflation under the guise of an extended warranty he offered me. 2. Finance manager **** ******* willingly phished for more profitable APR rates by submitting two or more credit applications without my consent two days after being approved/matched with current lien holder. 3. Sales manager ***** ***** ** falsely represented a used vehicle by withholding safety recall history omitted from the CarFax due to being previously repaired by said dealership in 2019. The car currently needs this repair serviced again and Matt Bowers refuses to prioritize this repair, despite the recall indicating fatality can occur. Recall number UB2/NHTSA 18V-731 4. Sales manager ***** ***** ** submitted a fraudulent contract to assigned security interest holder, ******** *******, by replacing the original obligatory terms of the seller, located in the "We Owe" with a blank copy including his forged signature in the salesman field and customer field. BOLD MOVE. 5. Sales manager ***** ***** ** willingly breached original contractual obligations by refusing to remedy the deceptive practices. 6. Failing to provide a reasonable remedy to the discovery of the breached contract and forgery discovered as well as the inflated sticker price when presented to **** ****** himself via all socials. Mr. ****** BLOCKED me on all platforms once the complaint was received. Had a manager named ***** call to negotiate that I roll the current loan into a new loan for a new car. ***** also admitted on a recorded call that they changed the price. Presented issue to Head Finance Manager **** ******* who advised that he "would not help anyone that took 8 months to realize they were scammed. Do what you go to do." Challenge accepted, Mr. *******. Everyone will be held accountable.Review fromArthur B

1 starI checked my oil when I got home in Hammond. The oil stick was well over the full mark. I can take a photo if needed. I informed the tall guy who identified himself as the Service Manager of the possibilities. He demanded (Bullied me), that I leave the dealership because I told some black female to mind her own business. I have no idea who she was. I am well able to take care of myself. Not a good experience.Review fromCassaundra K

1 starDO NOT go to Matt Bower service department. They lost my key fob to my vehicle and I have to wait for a replacement to come in for them to look at my vehicle. Two different employees in the service department lied to me about the repairs being in process, when my vehicle has NOT even been looked at due the losing of the key fob and waiting for another one to be delivered. Lying to a customer is unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I am grateful that I was provided a loaner vehicle to drive while the repairs are being completed, but I did have to pay out of pocket for my rental for one week. I currently have a complaint filed to management regarding my issue. I will never, never take my vehicle there again. I will see what other places in my area can service my Jeep which is under extended warranty coverage until it hits 7 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. It is so disappointing that the service department is so poor at Matt Bowers because my experience with sales was amazing. I would have returned to purchase another vehicle in a heartbeat from *** my sales representative. It is just sad that someone can provide such quality work, but others can ruin that positive experience with their poor customer service! Very disappointed.Review fromRenee S

1 starZero stars is not an option which is what I would give. Advertised price is not actually their price. Bait and switch is illegal, the excuse of “third party web site” which is linked from Matt Bowers website and lists vehicle VIN and all options with photo at $20,000 less. The general manager does not see this as a problem, apparantly he cannot control the listing price on a webpage detailing their vehicle and accessed solely by visiting the Matt Bowers website.Review fromDoug P

1 starZero stars. The service could not be any worse. If you are reading this to decide what to buy, do not by a ram, or anything from this place
