Process was easy and the roof came out great. Clean up looks like they were never here. The crew of 14 were very polite and and did project in one day Highly recommended this company

We had a new Atlas Pinnacle shingle roof placed yesterday by Premier South and from start to finish they were very professional. ** ******** was great and he took all the pictures necessary for the claim. We had five different roofing companies look at our roof and they all said we needed a new roof but our insurance company would not pay for the storm damage until we started working with Premier South. Premier South called me before delivering their trailer and dumpster to make sure it was placed in an area that would be convenient for us and they showed up early and worked hard until every last nail was picked up. I am so pleased with my new roof and I will highly recommend Premier South to anyone who needs a roof.Premier South Roofing & Sheet Metal

I had 5 different roofing companies come look at replacing my roof. Because I heard nightmares about roofing companies jacking up the price after they were done. All of them said no problem we can do it for what your insurance pays. When I asked them to put the amount that I would owe in writing, none of them would except ***. with Premier. Roofing was the only one who wanted to see my policy. Once we agreed on the price, they came out the next day. They did an excellent job. The crew was courteous and respectful. They covered all of my landscaping, A/C units and pool equipment. They cleaned up very well, I didn’t find one nail in the yard after they were done. They encountered some unexpected damage and fixed it without charging more. I highly recommended Premier Roofing.Premier South Roofing & Sheet Metal

Awesome customer service, very personal walked through every detail of the replacement process which created clarity deciding to choose Permier South. ** is a true leader to his team. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. PS helped guide me with dealing with the insurance company which was very helpful to someone not familiar with dealing with insurance companies. PS meet with the contractor doing my addition to insure everything would go smoothly. I received a letter a few days before the work was to start explaining when material equipment and work would start which help me to prepare the worksite. They took additional precautions to ensure my AC and Generator were protected. They arrived with the newest and latest in roofing equipment and as advertised it was hand nailed.
